Generally the C class has always been far more reliable than their counterparts. The W204 is relatively bulletproof maintenance wise, but being Mercedes most issues will be electrical. The motors are solid. The AMGs are known for more issues than non AMG cars primarily since most people drive them much harder. Pretty much any W204 C Class will provide a nice ownership experience and I have seen many ones older than this with over 200k (pre facelift).
@@chrish1850 Holding up well. Biggest maintenance issues were Alternator and Engine Mounts. Depending on how long and how many miles I do recommend headbolts. Not as a scare factor but preventive maintenance on preface lift models.
Does this car really cost an arm and a leg? I have heard the cost of ownership is nuts. Maybe they are exaggerating. Hoping for some positive feedback!
I've had 3 W204 (2012+ facelift) c63s over 5 years, and the total cost for repairs was around $2k for a valve cover gasket and a few other minor issues. Not counting a bent wheel and tires, gas is killer on these cars as I would typically average about 11 mpg in the city. They are a great platform if you go for the 2011.5 M156 motors with revised head bolts and keep up to date on maintenance. Mine were all sub 40k miles also.
I just traded my 2014 C350 Sport (95k mi) for a 2013 C63 (28k) and they look similar, but they are VERY different cars. The C350 was plenty fast for traffic but would understeer pretty badly, even with the same size tires. If you can find the money, do it. The market is so messed up right now.
MaxMerc I have. Inside red getting one of these beauties, but the camshaft issues are notorious for this car, have you had any issues regarding the cams?
Impressed it’s running like new with that much mileage!
Great vid always wanted a w204 AMG. I have a w205 but my favorite has always been the one you have. Thanks dodool talah.
5:40 the sounds of take off.... I'm in loved😍
Nice car enjoy it !!!! I daily drive mine to I only had it for 2 months already put 2k miles
Sport mode For traction + plus manual = the most fun you can have in your amg😁
How’s the performance? Been looking at one with 60k miles for 22k because daily driving the mustang is costing a fortune
less talk, more of that beast

Just sold mine had lot of fun with it
We have to race one day. Mercedes vs Mopar. 🏁
Hell yeah!
Sweet! Where is that track? You should get a dragy to measure performance times.
Great vid! Where is this track located? I’m think I’m near you and it would be nice to take my car there
Thanks for not blurring our the speedometer lol. What’s the 0-60 with stock tires btw?
How reliable is this considering it is high mileage? Have you spent a lot of money on it and does it break down often?

Dylan Ash they are meant to be driven really hard. Servicing more often is key
Is the drag strip abandoned? Looks like a cool place
What was your 1/4 time
We gotta cruise before I get my new car
Nice car....but 20% tint?? WHy bother. GO at least 50%.

@@VersanGetryx thanks for the response mate. Honestly...I’m just going to consider a 2014 C350 and mod it from the outside.
