Entertaining video Dan. Recently bought a 5D Classic and have to say I’m loving the images it produces. Feels like a real camera, built to last and there is something nice about taking a photos and not seeing the image as hi-res on the back screen but instead when you download to computer/IPAD you get that wow effect. A bit like film and seeing the images after you get the photos back. The lenses are also quite affordable for this camera - especially nifty fifty and 40mm. Keep up the great work.
It’s just like that! It feels like an EOS SLR with unlimited film. I own 3 5Dc bodies I never want to be without one in my lifetime lol I recommend the 85mm f1.8 lens, I paid £200 for a mint one and it’s fantastic with this camera if portraits are your kind of thing. I shot my brother’s wedding last month with that combo and they’re blown away with the photos. I’ve been using 5D classics for 10 years and am still in love with the (tiny and easy to manage!) files they create. Enjoy this wonderful camera my friend.

I have recently got myself a 6D too as Martin Castein (See his UA-cam videos) says it’s there closest to the 5D Classic image wise, but not exactly the same, with some additional features. Have to agree with that. I also have the 85mm f1.8 but have only taken a few shots so far with it but like the lens for the glass/build and images it produces.

Great shots. I guess the 5D is a cheap camera now but on release, wasn’t it over $3000US? Still a very capable camera and is used professionally to this day.
I have been trying to get the Classic 5D since along time but unfortunately I couldn’t find a good one here in Germany And it’s still kinda expensive to get it here It’s around 300 to 400 Euro Any way thank you for this amazing video man ….
