    The Trident is my wife's 2nd bike and it's actually physically SMALLER than her other bike currently which is the CFmoto 700 CLX. Feels like the 400cc GSXR I used to have over 20 years ago. Both her bikes needed to be kitted out for commuting and touring, so it now has a tall Unit Garage XL windscreen, Healtech Thunderbox to power the Motofans hi/lo aux lights, add-on USB charging port, 2-channel dashcam & wireless charger in her phone mount, SW-Motech SLC side racks + Sysbag WP panniers, rear carrier & large tailpack plus crashbars (coz the wide radiator is too exposed). The Trident's riding position has her leaning forward slightly compared to her 700 CLX, so I'm considering adding handlebar risers. The triple engine is a gem - sounds way better and is more fun than the 180-deg parallel twin of the 700 CLX.

    Nice. You have fitted the exact same items as I picked, focusing on protection accessories. But I went for the much larger Puig screen.

    Bro, quick query. Why trident 660 and let's say not the cbr 650r? How fun is the trident as a sports bike compared to a full faired aggressive riding cbr 650?

    • @motodon872
      @motodon872  2 роки тому +1

      i havent ridden the cbr650r so i cant say much about that bike. but trident is perfect for lane splitting, town/daily work ride which is what i use the bike for. the naked and upright sitting position are suitable for town ride. the only difference that i can tell is that trident comes with a tft display compared to the lcd display on the cbr650r. although i must admit, prior to placing booking for the trident, i was actually enquiring for a black cbr650r at several dealers but they were out of stock. if you intend to use the bike for track, mountain or aggressive riding, i feel that the cbr650r might be a better suit for you.

    I was looking for the protection accessories to see how they look on the bike from different angles.
    I may buy every of them you got since it will be my first bike.
    Thank you :)
