    You can stop the flashing rev counter, by going to display were it shows gearshift indicator you then have a choice at "running in" of default, user defined and disabled, you select disabled by scrolling down then confirm it by hitting the select button, job done.

    Something many have said, "you see the bike and you know its the bike for you." Everything about it screams this bike is for me! Can't wait to get my hands on of these. If I were to make a statement about the trident from all the reviews, it would be that this bike is a tamed beast. Yet to confirm it. Love the video. Keep it up

    I can't recommend this bike more. I've ridden one several times now and yesterday, I just got finished on a relatively lengthy ride. This bike is just freaking lots of fun. And there is another reason to buy it over the 4 cylinder Honda; the fact that its a 3 cylinder sells me on this bike every time. Don't get me wrong, 4 cylinders are great, awesome in fact but, there is something really special about a 3 cylinder. The 120 degree spacing of the pistons/connecting rods on the crank and the 240 firing spacing. With a 3 you get the punchiness of a large piston two but with the smoothness of a four; plus, it has its own very unique sound that is not really replicated by a two or a four cylinder. This bike has plenty of power and I don't think I would enjoy the Honda as much--but I would be anxious to try one out.

    • @theleftlane3654
      @theleftlane3654  Рік тому +1

      @@theleftlane3654 As it should, you've got yourself a really nice motorcycle. The Trident I was riding belongs to my girlfriend's daughter and it's really making me want to get back into riding. Last motorcycle I had was an 87 Yamaha FZR 1000. But I don't know, maybe it's all the time I haven't ridden but I think I like this Trident better than even my old super bike. Sure, it's not going to be quit as fast but I feel like I have more fun on it and oh, that 3 cylinder sound is so amazing! I don't know if I'll ever be able to get one but personally I have my sights set on a Yamaha MT-09 SP--which is also a 3 cylinder and has the same fun-factor reputation as the Trident.

    I like Triumphs and I like the colour - I think you made a great choice and its a great looking bike. Quite honestly it will be more than fast enough for almost anything you need to do. I have an FJR1300 but the main reason I have a bike with an engine that size is for comfortable 2-up touring and it does anything I need to do in an effortless manner . . . the engine is never working hard and the big screen - no wind issues at all. Any naked bike you will feel wind above 60 mph (unless you tuck down on the tank). Brakes - get braided stainless steel brake lines and change the pads.

    Good review thanks. I myself am between the trident and tiger sport as a new rider. What I found to be the biggest difference was the riding position. I prefer the sportier feel of the seating position and narrower bar on the trident. The tiger sport has a more upright and wider adventure bike bar feel. The odd thing is the tiger actually
