I got to do with a short animal flow workout with my old buddy while he was in town. these workouts are great for all parts of your body and help you get in better tune with your own body

I been doing Animal Flow/Primal movement for a few weeks now. It changed my life, and made me feel so much flexible and mobile. it increased my strength. I'm so happy more people and athletes alike are able to find animal flow and reached more of a following.

Been doing animal flow for a few months and I must say , it helps with mobility , helps stretch out joints and muscles , makes you feel more connected to your body and also ..funny enough makes you appreciate the primal function of an animal ...once you start chaining the different animal forms together and it becomes an "animal flow" .. it can feel amazing !

Excellent video, I'm 62 M and have been working on the fundamentals for a few months now. Want to try the athletic explosive flow 9:50. I started this as a way to keep playing hockey with a younger group of guys 25-40 year old.

This is very challenging. Something about the in and out of the leg movement that squeezes your breathing and leg room. I fell twice. Will get it tho.

If you think about, the pushup by itself is good but not a sufficient prep for athletic activities.
