Good job Freddie, thanks for taking the time to help beginning skiers. My wife doesn't believe in dropping a ski, but I think it's a nature progression. With 2 skis you can lift the extra ski and get use to the slalom ski, but have the 2nd ski to drop back in and not fall.
He says your front foot should the be one “you’d kick a ball with” or “your front foot on a surf board”. I’d kick a ball with my right foot and put my left foot forward on a surfboard, which I know is very normal. I think he meant to say the opposite foot you kick a ball with.
