thank you for this, this will make panit the snow camo on my tank much easyer, have been free handing it and it takes a long time for me atlest to do that
I have a a snow themed Krieg Killteam that I've been debating building into a full army. Definitely going to use this when starting on some of the bigger vehicles!
@@HyperionHarry look for science putty or "thinking putty" You find it under fidget toys. A little tip as well. If you find it and apply it to a tank, wait 30 seconds to a minute cause its much softer than sticky tack and will sink into all the little recesses and crevices molded into the model.
@@officialwarhammer Doubt it'll get worked on until next year, I have other projects lined up, but I certainly will do as I'm pretty pleased with my converted Tank Commander/Driver.
You could also look how real tank regiments deal with adverse weather camo painting, although given that Stripe Camo patterns are now somewhat uncommon, perhaps taking your time with digital camo or block colours may be better. Only a suggestion though.
The tanks look so cool in warhammer especially the tiny humans tanks
Warhamster
It is indeed so, as War Hammer is not only a game, it is an art

Thank you!
Perfect timing on this video! My project for next month is my first Rogal Dorn for my winter themed Guard army.
Okay, I definitely want to try this now. Thank you so much.
That camo technique is great just like the presenter. ❤
nice. i have a snow based army and you put out two videos to help me
Silly putty is a better masking material than sticky tack. It covers just as easily but is orders of magnitude less frustrating to peel off
Thanks for this; are there alternative names for silly putty? I'm trying to find it online and struggling

It’s a good method
The shot after shading is a shot of the tank before shading was applied FYI
This makes me think the Valhallans are coming back!
Tanks for that
Excellent work! I have an army of traitor guard.. I might have to try this technique out!
Thank you! We'd love to see them when you're finished!

Noticed you left a blob of blue tack on the muzzle of the cannon.
Does this count as battle ready?
