Death Wing all the way, and there armor is easy, looks nice and fun to paint. Prime with wraithbone, slap seraphim sepia, and dry brush with wraithbone again.
I hope this makes it back to whoever is making the decisions, but this thumbnail layout of artists, model, and tutorial description is really excellent. Its good to see your presenters getting the credit for their work, gives is a good look at the model, and sets expectations for the level the tutorial is aiming for. Please keep it up, you're on the right path here.
The recent change in videos has been fantastic. The presenters being on camera and being able to show off their personalities a bit is so much better than before.
The Dark Angels army range has always maintained an aesthetically pleasing line of miniatures. These guys are something else though, they are very impressive.
Love the series, and it’s great that we get to see some others that work behind the scenes. Something that would be super helpful would be to list the paints used in the description (unless my painting weary eyes missed it somewhere). Makes it a lot more convenient to load the ones I need into my Citadel paint app. See what I did there?😉
@@officialwarhammer Yes thank you! ...GW has been a massive part of my life since 1985. But when it comes to tackling certain projects with paints the little hamster at the wheel starts to slow these days I'm afraid and a nudge in the right direction is always greatly appreciated. So thank you. 👍
Hey there, thank you so much for this video as I just started again with building and painting miniatures. Very helpful, as my previous experience with WH40k miniatures has been a while ago (like 20-30 years). What confuses me profoundly is that there's an official Citadel Colour App that I first thought was quite handy, because you can add a project/model and then it gives you a list of colours you'll need for your model. But the colours in the app actually differs quite heavily from those used here! I had the same issue with my Dark Angels Deathwing Knights. It'd be great if you could synchronise the App and the videos, that would be quite helpful for old farts like me ;)
I can confidently say that the dark angels and more specifically the inner circle companions are the coolest space marines.
1st Legion supremacy.

These videos give a much better look at the models. Excellent way to present the product in detail.

Agreed. I hope they keep on doing things just like this - it is great.

They’re insanely good, definitely some of the most flavorful SM kits in the line.
I KNEW sybarite green was in the new mix. I think it could nicely replace moot green on regular dangles too

Everyone involved with these new painting videos is doing a brilliant job❤
Thanks for your feedback, Mike!
I don’t even have these models and I got sucked into watching the entire video! Great techniques for a solid finish!
Good vid. Lots of little bits you might not think of and video laid it out very clearly and concisely.
Looks awesome!! If only I could reproduce a model half as good as this I’d be chuffed!!
self belief + practice and you're 90% there.
Thank you for your painting support for this fantastic new updated army. 🦁 🗡️
Glad you've found the videos useful! Have a great weekend!

😮The model is amazing😮 You make it easy
This was a huge help!! I absolutely love these models!!
Would be amazing to see a full dark angels army all kitted out with robe's
Makes it look so easy. I bet it isn’t that easy when I try it 😂
I wish the swords were good in the game, but the models are beautiful regardless.
Great video GW.

Inner Circle Companions are a big part of the reason why I got into Dark Angels.
Them + the focus on terminators + the amazing characters.
Please give them AP -2 swords
Ahhhh Emma 💙💙💙💙💙

You should link to where they can be purchased. I checked the games workshop store in Aussie a don't see them there
