The story is about a salaryman who is murdered and reincarnates in a sword and sorcery world as a slime with unique powers and gathers allies to build his own nation of monsters.
this particular anime is definitely a top fave show for me. a World building isekai type. fun character growth, interesting character stoies, good animation and great music. plus satisfying draw outs to get that revenge fix "ora ora ora ora!" Shion best girl xD
If you like World building isekai type, you should try out Log Horizon if you haven't yet. As much as I like Slime, I still put Log Horizon above it.

MindaRyn did the season 4 OP and yeah she definitely makes some bangers. She did some songs for the anime's By the Grace of the Gods and the second season of Arifureta. Season 4 was a heavier season so the song I thought was nice to change to the pace of things, especially the song they used in the episodes by Stereo Dive Foundation - Storyseeker.

LOVE this show!! I very much relate to Rimiru’s character. I love all the characters he befriends and fights and the worldbuilding is just so feel-good with the occasional well-written perils to keep the plot interesting.
The song for movie is joyka, make me feel better and sparkles.
This was definitely a surprise favorite anime for me. I didn't expect to like it nearly as much as I do. I cannot recommend you wat h it enough.
If you are interested in another surprise favorite, I highly recommend reacting to Dr. Stone at some point. I haven't found any other anime quite like it.
Slime, Overlord and RE:zero are in my humble opinion. The best Isekais in Anime. I hope you react to one of these 3 someday.

These are my recommendations: Rising of the shield hero all op, Promised Neverland op 1, Deadman wonderland op 1, Vinland Saga op 1 and 2, Fire Force all op and highschool of the dead op. Idk if you have seen these but I highly suggest starting with rising shield hero then vinlan saga! But all of these are rock and hype af
You should react to "Arifureta" opening 1 and 2. The 1st opening is called "Flare" and the 2nd is called "daylight" and the daylight opening is sung by the same girl as the last opening in slime that you liked. I think you would like both of them. Both openings have great music.

6:21 the mask was someone who was a friend to rimuru (the main character) and she has died around episode 10+ and the reason why rimuru can transform into a girl is because that's he's friends body but this time it has white hair and white eyelashes.
The slime can devour any living or non-living thing and store it inside he's body

• Mo Dao Zu Shi (Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation) - best written story in an anime and fantastic characters, very high production quality
• Hunter x Hunter (pronounced "Hunter Hunter") - best Shoñen anime
• Beastars - "adult Zootopia"
• Made in Abyss - the cutesy facade hides a horrible, horrible truth
• Black Lagoon - badass and badshit crazy
• Bungou Stray Dogs - names of Japanese writers as characters in a superpowered world
• To Your Eternity - very unique, different, sad... in a nutshell: about an immortal being cast down to earth learning to be human and evolving to be better than them while living with others dying
• Land of the Lustrous - best looking fully CGI anime, beautiful yet sad story
• Parasyte: The Maxim - parasites from space infect, impersonate, and eat humans
• Kara no Kyoukai - I couldn't tell you even if I wanted to, although... Psychopathic young woman with the power to "kill" everything (quote: "even if that thing is god") hunts down supernatural enemies as well as evil humans. (As Void Shiki she is connected to Akasha "The Root of All Things" and one of the most powerful beings in all of anime.)
• Darker than Black - Japenese James Bond with superpowers

Ya he reincarnates into a slime and tru some sercomstanses he ends up with a few op abiletys and one of them allows him to transform into any living thing he eats.it’s a ligthearted anime exept for the last episode’s of the fist half of the 2end season

nice video. i love how you go back every time as you like it that much. i recommend you to watch the anime. slime is one of my fav anime ever. its also very good for beginners as its less important how much you know about the characters and there are less plot details like in Overlord or death note. still the story and characters are written beautifully and with great detail and it has hands down the best animations out of every anime ive seen so far (and ive seen plernty xd). it wont be the nr 1 anime for me cause that spot will forever be taken by Overlord i guess but its definitely in my top 3 next to death note and the one and only ainz ooal gown.

4 seasons and a movie just dropped in japan. crunchyroll will get the movie early next year. this is one of the animes that is a must watch in english. no its not bad in japanese but the english dub is so good and they add little things that when you watch the sub you notice they are there (tarzan yell anyone). now i do watch it first in sub (comes out first) but then i rewatch it in dub and any rewatch is always in dub. you have to got back to cowboy bebop or black lagoon for something like that.

@@officialnoonon sorry i forgot they were 2 core seasons. for those who dont know a 2 core season is 24 episodes not 12. so they cover 2 seasons but are counted as one. and yea i think the next season is set for 2024 cause of the movie.

You should check out "The promised neverland" openings, at least the first one! I like that series a lot, totally recommend it (the first season)!
Also the ''Hunter x Hunter'' openings! The anime is very long, but it's so worth it!
Both these series are my favorite animes so I am biased, but I really like how they appear to be very fun friendly light hearted shows but later on touch on deeper topics and are able to make me cry :)

The mask can hide aure and he has a lot of evil aure because he is a monster and if you have a strong aure weak human and monsters can’t handle it and will die slowly so he has it to conceal his aure and so he looks like a human to other people but they will think he is weak too because it blocks all aure
