Reinstall Method 2 -
Get-Appxpackage -Allusers
Copy the PackageFullName and replace it with the following script-
Add-AppxPackage -register “C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\(PackageFullName)\AppXManifest.xml” -DisableDevelopmentMode
Execute the above script with the correct PackageFullName.
Reinstall all pre-built apps -
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

For the viewers i want to give an important information, this videos is good showing an accurate solution but i tried this sol many times did all the things watched many videos about this problem on YT but i was unable to get my problem solved, lastly one day i thought about resetting the PROXY (I added proxy address in my PC in order to run Cricket 22 then only this problem occured just after that), then i reset my proxy server and restarted my PC and bang microsoft store started working well.
