I got pissed off with the blue screen of death, losing all my work and then spending hours re-installing windows, getting what I could back and having to do all the work I had already done and lost. Since moving over to Linux I've had no such problems and even Mrs Martin uses Linux for the very same reasons Jason.

Just wanted to bring your attention towards it.. Xbox game pass and Microsoft games like Minecraft and Forza Horizon requires the Microsoft store to run. I made a windows iso using msmg toolkit And removed the store. After trying to Install the games it refused to run on that iso build. later, had to build another one with the Microsoft store.. So is there a way around it by any chance to bypass those dependencies And run the games without it?
@@FunktaviousRex_ for Minecraft, the launcher from Minecraft official website doesn't support Windows Edition. You will need the Microsoft Store version of the launcher to be able to run it, while having access to other Minecraft versions.

Way, way back I had Windows 10 Pro installed (anything is called "Pro" these days 🙄) and I just made a backup and list of everything to use on the LTSC version. Ever since I've installed LTSC, I couldn't go back to the crappy bloatware versions that are available.

For a strange reason the file was named apot.appx instead I dont fing know why but now I have this error error 0x80070005: While processing the request, the system failed to register the windows.firewall extension due to the following error: Access is denied..

Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned -Scope LocalMachine in case you cannot get the script loaded
and how about HOW you get THAT scripted so it becomes a simple non interactive script to install Winget ??

Should i assume the 'spot' is short for spotify? Where did you get that from? How would i install a different app, what would have to change?

my windows LTSN built 19043.1081 version 21H1. there validation problem came my installation.

These are the same app stores when the Surface RT was able to run Windows 10. They worked but limited on the RT

does it overwrite existing previous versions of the same app? I.e. if you were to download an old spotify version first and then choose the one in the video would it delete or overwrite the existing version?

For example, prevent the user from downloading apps that are not approved from the Microsoft Store. For example, I dont want staff members the ability to install Netflix or games from the Microsoft Store. What would be best practice, would you completely block Microsoft Store? How would this impact apps that depend on updates from the Microsoft store?

Thank You. However, this doesn't work in offline environment, which I need. You need an internet connection at least for the first launch. You need a license xml file for offline deployment. Can someone help me reverse engineering it?
