If the download/update fails, you probably have a specific problem. This can be fixed by clicking the "See details" button on the microsoft store and then search for a fix about the specific error you got. This helped me fix my problem

I have the same issue. However, Microsoft Store says that they are aware and lloking for a fix. We will have to be patient.
Another user said that he had to reinstall the Windows and allow all privacy settings, and it worked for him.

When setting Windows update to automatic, a pop-up appears that says "Access is denied"
I could not perform the last step as it says Microsoft Store Application is opened and hence can't be modified. But nothing is open except Powershell. How do I fix it?

None of these worked for me, but repairing Windows 11 did work for me that I found in another video. Go to settings, system, recovery, fix problems using Windows Update, and then click reinstall now. It will download, repair, and reinstall windows 11 without deleting any apps, files, and settings.

Does this work? Reset the Microsoft Store cache: Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.
Note: A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close and Microsoft Store will open automatically.
@QuikHelper101 found the solution. I had to change my account region to United States. Now it works

Literally NONE of this works.... command promts don't do anything after I press enter, there is no windows update tab on services, clear cache doesnt work, and when I try to use the command to delete windows nothing happens.... I copied and pasted everything and did everything correctly. smh
