Their first record is their best record. Personally, my favorite tracks have always been Alone and Easy Target, Weenie Beenie, Wattershed, and Exhausted. I would love them to bring that back to their regular setlist again

This is CLASSIC! When you listen and appreciate entire albums, it's great to see bands play the deep cuts every once in awhile. Hope they do this more often.
Think back to the 70s and early 80s it was the B sides that were always the coolest!
It's lie an almost perfect Foo set for me. So many of these songs need to be in the regular set.
The problem with the foo fighters is that they’ve got so many great iconic songs that they just can’t fit some of the deeper cuts into their setlist, it’s annoying because I’d love het Jonny park to be part of their regular shows

Foo's definitely need to work more of these into their set list. Low, Weenie Beenie, Hey Johnny Park! and Alone + Easy Target are 4 of my favorite deeper cuts. Would love to see them play these live in person.

Went to a foo fighters live 2 months ago, they played all the "mainstream" and most popular songs, which according to me are awesome, but I'd love to see a concert with this classic raw rock foo fighters songs. It's like seeing them 15-20 years ago.

Gotta love SoCal! I was with my brother in line to see Yes play at the Whiskey just a few miles down Sunset from this. One of the folks in line with us had heard about the Foos, er I mean the Holy Shits playing. We thought about heading down there but decided to keep our place in line. The Yes show was epic. Also, Chevy Metal rocks!!

They seriously need to change their set. I love them live and I really enjoy when they mess around with some covers... but I'm tired of the same songs over and over again. I'd prefer those four instead of Monkey wrench, Break out, Best of you, Learn to fly... great songs, but come on! they have to change the set list more often
I hate when bands are comfortable in saying that the entire tour has a "Set." As if to say that they won't be changing it through the whole tour. Bands really should change up their sets at least a little bit from one night to the next. They don't need to be as mixed up as Bruce Springsteen is usually on the road, but they really should not let them fall into the same category as AC/DC. Where they don't change a damn thing until the get half way through the tour, and then change one song on the set. Foo Fighters fell into a bit of a lull in the sets for a while.
Its a tough balance because at each show there are people there seeingo them for the first time. They want to hear the hits. Also, there is so many stage effects and lighting things that correspond to specific songs in their setlist that would need to be changed to accomdate new songs in their setlist. I definitely love hearing some deep cuts. For example, at night two in msg they played generator which is pretty rare. I think I have seen them about 8 times so if I could hear at least one rare song everytime i see them i would be happy.
You can add Stacked Actors to that listen. Haven't played that in forever and it used to be a regular. They will NEVER lose any of those songs you listed though. Might be tired of hearing them (don't disagree), but those are staples with the exception of Break Out maybe.
You're right. It's kinda boring going to a show and know that they will start with All my life, then learn to fly and ending with Everlong. Would be great if they'd play more songs of their first record, I can't understand why they don't play more often a song like Exhausted, I'd rather any real old school song of 'em than covers or Breakout. Also you can see that their feeling is not the same when they play their 'hits', and it make total sense, coz if that's bored to us, imagine them playing every single night the same songs. For all the cows is also a song that they never played again...
Sadly thats what happens when you are a big/popular band, you are expected to play the "hits" or "popular" songs. As much as I would want them to play songs like 'Good Grief' 'Live-In-Skin' or 'My Poor Brain', you cant expect or see them play the deep cuts in a 40k capacity stadium that will only please a handful. Its like going to see Metallica and not expect them to play 'Enter Sandman' or Motorhead with 'Ace of Spades' or Black Sabbath with 'Paranoid'. Out of all the times Ive seen the Foo Fighters, only once have I saw them play a handful of deep cuts was when they played to a capacity of 500 in a small club in London in a 'secret show'

Nobody ever pulls off the lead to My Sharona. It is among the best guitar solos ever played since the beginning of guitar solos.
