@@twp4603 it may not be 100% scripted but I guarantee you that there are rehearsals and preparations to each episode, the sharks are given early notice to each pitch and all the sales information, the deals may be made in the spot, but is also likely preplanned, and who you calling kid I’m 23 *kiddo*
@@KaleKellerSalad Well, then you obviously don't know the difference between "scripted" and "rehearsal". You can know what pitch to expect and consequently know about the product on the surface level, but that does not mean that the sharks or the business owners are reading off a script. Therefore, I think it's foolish to say the show is scripted, because you are framing it as other reality TV shows and as fake, but actually pitches may be softly rehearsed... just a little... so ABC can make an entertaining show and not allow lackadaisical pitches and whatnot to bore the audience. In your logic, anything with rehearsal like a presidential debate, a conference on technology for say Apple or Tesla, a post game interview for the superbowl etc. are fake. Scripted and fake go hand-in-hand, and honestly at 23 I don't see why you are so bitter about things not being completely genuine for TV given that's not how the communications and entertainment industry work. Scripted and rehearsal are not even close to the same thing.

If Steve followed the regular game rules in most of these celebrity games, they'd actually lose because they almost always run out of time on the last answer (both players usually). The only reason these celebrity games are kind of fun is because they win most of the time.
