You dont need any of this, you can solve it under one minute its a software issue: press and hold the defective earpod button, keep holding WHILE YOU PUT IT BACK ON THE CHARGING CASE. Do not stop holding the button as you put it in the case, it should blink and you are good to go.

I make multifunction button long press without release kept on the charging case. It was not red light indication and I was try dry at sunlight temp 35 C degree for 10 minutes still same problem. This is my solution. Long press and hold Multi-function button when earbud is out of case. Keep pressing, do not release. Put earbud into the case (do not release, keep pressing). Don't release until observe the LED turns red. Rice probably do nothing. just drain the battery to dead and will be able to charge again.

Okay tell me it was already on charging from 2 hours before when one eardot light wasn't popping then after 2 hours of charging both eardots in the box, I tried your trick (it worked) as left light was not popping. So should I charge them again or leave them as both have red light on now
