Kapsalon, it's a dish from Rotterdam, the Netherlands and consists of french fries covered by shawarma / döner kebab meat with slices of Gouda cheese on top. This is then shortly grilled to melt the cheese and covered an iceberg lettuce+tomato pieces+sliced onion+carrot strips salad and topped off with garlic and sambal sauce. Typical serving is about 1800 kcal.

The döner place close to where my parents life (Germany) not only has the most delicious garlicy döner sauce, they make döner pizza with it.
When we order that as a family we also get french fries with extra garlic sauce to put on top of the fries and pizza and a salad at the side, that sounds a lot like the salat they use for Kapsalon. Seeing as that is one of the most delicious things even when you're not drunk I think I'd love Kapsalon. It doesn't hurt that I also love gouda.
Man, I wish I had known about that when I went to Rotterdam last year! That being said, I had the most delicious burger I ever ate in Rotterdam - it was portabello mushroom and goat cheese with white sauce and a ciabatta like bun. I have asked Barry in multiple comments to try and do a burger like that. I think I might need to get a twitter account after all xD

I like to make Belgian waffle pizza. I make the waffle batter with garlic, and basil instead of sugar and vanilla. I then cook the waffle about 95% done then top with sauce cheese and whatever toppings I want (I chop/mince the toppings to small cubes to fill the squares) then pop it in the oven/toaster oven to melt the cheese. The squares on the waffle are perfect for holding all that saucy goodness and the waffle crust is crispy and perfect. Give it a try I am sure your kids will love it.

It's essentially Nacho flavour Doritos topped with pickled pork rinds (I used pork scratchings); batons of jicama (substituted water chestnut), cubed cucumber, grated carrots, soy sauce coated peanuts, lime juice, chilli powder, hot sauce, chamoy (make with Apricot jam, chillies, lime juice and sugar) and of course gummy bears.

And the buns should just be whatever your favourite pizzas are, i tend to use meat feasts. Then you chuck in whatever you have on your burgers, personally i go for mayonnaise and tomatoes under the burger and ketchup and lettuce on top.

If you have a stand or hand mixer, just throw it in a high sided bowl (i use my kitchen-aid stand mixer with whisk attachment-but hand mixer works also) it shreds the chicken In seconds and the shred is AMAZING-it allows the chicken to kind of soak up the sauce when I shred it this way-so much easier and tastier than fork shredding!

I saw this on facebook the other day, pretty ridiculous. But it was enjoyable to see you on your adventure in making it.
I don't know about you but i hate shredding by hand. If you do too you can put your cooked chicken in a stand mixer and shred it that way. Use the Flat Beater attachment. Works really well.

Jalapeno pineapple mango pizza with goat cheese. Blend up the pineapple and mango bits, dice the jalapeno into fine bits. Refrigerate for an hour at least. Use that as sauce base on pizza crust. Find soft goat cheese, with herb tastes best, and put big globs around. Bake until golden brown crust.

Now you got that kebab rotisserie you should do a doner kebab version of this, maybe not as thick though, keep it thinner and easier to handle. Lamb doner, sliced onions, lettuce etc and either chilli or garlic sauce (or both if you're like me) then the breadcrumb/deep fry/pizza topping steps

Split open a pre-cooked Polish sausage, stuff it with white cheddar cheese and jalapeno peppers, wrap it in bacon, encase it in meatloaf, (about 3cm of meatloaf on all sides), baste it with barbeque sauce, and bake it at medium heat until a meat thermometer shows it's done. Then coat it in corndog batter and fry it. You might need a bigger fry pan and two sets of tongs, one for each hand. Serve with mustard or any sauce or condiment you like.
Disclaimer: I just made that up. I don't even want to eat it, but if you want to make it I will certainly watch.

Buffalo chicken pizza for me... I actualy finely dice Jalapenos, and banana peppers together mixed with a small amount of buffalo sauce. Layer that directly on the dough, drizzle some ranch over it, 1/2 the mild soft cheese I decided to use, then layer buffalo chicken on that, then the other half of the cheese, then another drizzle of ranch.. bake till crisp.

I grew up with something my mom called a pizzadia, but it was not that. She just mixed all her "pizza toppings" (cheese, pepperoni, olives [yes]) into a big bowl and stuck a scoop on a tortilla, which she then topped with another tortilla and would fry on the stove (not deep fried). Then she would cut them into quarters and we would dip in a marinara sauce (out of a can). Apparently we were calling the wrong thing a pizzadia...
