Top hit of 1291. Yes, those Crusaders loved it!
"Good Morning Jerusalem! this is Crusader Radio coming at you live over CRSDR120!"
@@SwedishEmpire1700 I see why good song to kill too 😂.
You'd think. This is 12th century music.
Practically, this could be eastern european or muslim.
Really? You are an idiot who knows absolutely nothing about anything.
@@defanserb hate to disappoint everyone but strings (percisly Harp) were first found 3000BC in Egypt, so way earlier than Romans ,crusaders and muslims. Greek instrument are based of that and then you get violin and piano.
you know, i'd never heard of this instrument until just a few minutes ago. but it's been my favorite instrument for a long time. there was a specific instrument i heard in almost all of my favorite music, and i always thought it was just a modified bagpipe or something. no, it's this thing. and I love it.
I love hearing the clickity-clacks of the keys
1, b7, 6, b6, 5, 4, b3, 2, 1 is back again!
Not that I'm complaining, I'm a total sucker for it
Por fin encuentro un músico que toca música medieval y encima me gusta considero a vinogradov un músico exelente
That was amazing
I ended up here accidentally but I’m staying forever 😮
Same
This instrument is such powerful
Time machine broke?
@@amphioxusanniversary i didnt understand
@@diogopaschoalplatania4974 "I ended up here accidentally but I'm staying forever" sounds like something a time traveler who got stuck in the past would say. Perhaps someone who went to medieval times to hear an original hurdy-gurdy played
Каждый раз поражаюсь фантастической глубиной звука и талантом исполнителя, браво!
This is pure music
Ok so this would make cool d&d background music
*cuts to his face*
CLINT MCELROY???
Cruzado numquam fui, sed dīlēxī. Magnus !
Cool!👏
Andrey Vinogradov makes beautiful music.
Bravo!
that is an amazing instrument.
Wow, just WOW.
I have spoken.
Why do I cry?
Whoa, hes giving that instrument a reach around... I've seen everything now
He has the common curtesy, yes.
Как же красиво!!!
It's so soothing
Bellissimo Maestro💖
Gran maestro supremo.
Did music of this time get written down and survived or is this your wonderful creation? Perhaps handed down or known folk music.
Esse instrumento é fantástico
Gorgeous.
That is so cool.
I thrive to have one
Absolutely Beautiful. Thank you for sharing..

👏👏👏😍
So cool continues you’re good job
I would love to see you play bosun bill
Love the instrument and the way it's played and sounds, but it looks like it would be a maintenance nightmare.
It actually is! Tuning it depends on user and song, since the drone strings have to be harmonious and cannot be changed mid song. Depending on weather and temperatures (like most wooden instruments) the wheel can bend and warp, and then there are the main strings, where often times the keys all have to be individually tuned as well.
That’s not really including the fact that you can switch out, add or remove strings altogether on the thing, and some have had as many as 11 strings.
Imagine the tuning nightmare that is.
adore the 60 fps
found exactly one of these videos on Tumblr and I'm just gonna watch all of these now
What's the tuning? Btw, one soulless, tone-deaf human doesn't like this.
Origins of the "one man band".
Bert from Mary Poppins wishes he had one of these.
Very cool, never seen this instruments befor ,thank you.
Is this song in the game wicher 3?
It's not in the Witcher. His posts are mostly his owm compositions
only 1300s kids remember
В каком музее он играет?
Must be hard to play when you don't see where you're pressing
The knobs poking out of the top tell him where he is! Still difficult though!
@@bjmadman312 I absolutly love this intrument though, it's beutiful as hell and I would love to try it myself someday
Pro bro
So it's a viola with extra steps
In construction maybe, but it's ultimately the same principle. Get the strings to vibrate with one hand and fine-tune them with the other.
It kinda plays like a violin
This sounds like an ancient Chinese song
😔i see you fold traditional🙈
just to say you seem to miss all the finer points along the way😔 i have to😏
?
Haunting, gorgeous.
