    Cool, but when will you make a Dasher app that actually works correctly? Kind of tired of pulling up to the rear of apartment buildings or completely wrong locations altogether, and signing in for delivery zones where it says it's busy when it is clearly not.

    We don’t even get pay for long waiting at restaurants 😢😢😢😢😢😢 n door dash need to upgrade that part only thing door dash look for is for there self an not the workers

      No, they don’t give us anything hourly.
      Most of the times, DD offers only cheap orders like 10 miles in $8.25.

    Why do I tip $5 for a $12 order and receive SOMEBODY ELSES FOOD when it arrives? And why does your support staff enable this bullshit from the drivers? What kind of accountability goes on in a business model like Doordash’s, anyway? Every corporate dude’s sitting at home getting high and listening to music, not giving a fuck about quality feedback or complaints.

      Sorry , i do Not Agree, i am working for them, they care A Lot about Customer Service ,
      its one of our Golden Rule. But i am sure , you never heard of that . Doordash is #1

      Then why are there so many Dashers getting taken advantage of on promotions they earned but were never paid and being ghosted when we try to contact support? And I’m talking driver referral bonuses worth hundreds of dollars each. Seems pretty shady.

      @@felixdesrochers8941 I know it ultimately comes down to the character of the driver. I tried the job myself for two days and quit. The money was completely reliant on holiday pay/big tips and people don’t understand that $2 doesn’t really cut it anymore for two-stop delivery. For what it’s worth, I was the role model for two days. Delivered in the initial time window every time AND I used the hot bag, which you absolutely can tell when somebody did not insulate your food. I also left when I just could not be bothered anymore; which is also super responsible. 3/5 times everything I order arrives reasonably warm and correct. There was one time I did order a pizza, tipped $5 as always, and then the guy accepted my order and idled for ten minutes just to message me he didn’t feel like getting it and told me to pick it up myself, with strong language. Support gave me an absolute canned response, granted I did get a refund. Nothing happened to that guy I’m sure. I’m in welding fabrication now, the money is better and probably 70% of the day depending on season I’m getting paid to sit around until something comes up. Nothing’s perfect but it basically beats any other job I’ve worked.

      @@ethiethe1st Idk man I wouldn’t trust a company where I’ve never seen the person I’m working for. You absolutely are not “your own boss” and some guy is laughing in his mansion about how he can run this business without covering any maintenance expenses or any real employee management. I didn’t even know you could GET promoted.

      As a Dasher, I can answer this. When problems like this occur, and we call doordash support, they tell us not to worry about it because we'll get paid any way. Whether it's a wrong order or items are missing, this is what they tell us

    This application is very Impressive , many years has a driver , i never saw that ! ;
    And
    The people behind it like the dasher Help always there to fix an issue to make delivery happen. 24/7 spanish french and english.
    People cam now order A Lot with the app, i am having a lot of fun Shopping for people🤓

    What a joke. This app hasn’t changed in 10 years. This “big release” is multiple carts and a functioning search. That’s it.
    How many thousands of people work at this company? What do you people do all day???
    This is a desperate last gasp of air for relevance in a crowded industry. Do better doordash, this is crap.

      Bet they didn’t talk about how they’re scamming lots and lots of drivers out of the referral bonus they offer and then ghosting them when they contact support about it….

    To DoorDash how would you like to reduce customer fraud, decrease driver issues, and decrease delivery times. I have tried contacting by calling a few times. Need a number or email address to submit some proposals to.
