I’ve been following you since I was 15 or 16… and still here at 27 :’) you have always been my number one role model for fitness and I’m so happy you’re still around all this time 💖
I am 79, soon to be 80, and that is old. However, I still swing kettlebells, deadlifting 32 kegs (which gave me a stress fracture!) however, I still a good routine of swings, snatch, clean and press etc with a lighter bell (8kg). At the moment. You’re correct if one doesnt keep moving, the body will become unable to respond to physical challenges.
Knowing how old you are and looking so amazing at 40 gives me the motivation I need at 43 to get my body back after many years of university studies and completely letting my health go. Thank you 💕 you do not look a day over 29
Yesss im 42 and so thankful that I never subscribed to the idea of my body getting worse with age. I just keep getting better and stronger with each year.
I started doing your workouts 6 years ago that got me through cervical cancer!!!! I am now almost 48 and am in such good shape because of you. Thank you Zuzka, menopause is easier because of your advice xxxx God bless you
What a remarkable human being you are. Every time I checked what you were up to over the years you left me with a healthy dose of awe. You are the internet's true top model.
You're so inspiring. I am 50 and in the best shape I have been since I was 24. It's a lifestyle. But it is so worth it, and much better than the alternative. Love you
I use to do your exercises 10 plus years ago, I will start back since I had a baby. You always motivated me, this is the ultimate gift I can give to myself and my two girls since I am 38 years now. I use to be so active 23 years - 34 years, I will get back to beast mode 🥰. I loved my strength training so so much.
I completely agree. I’m 45 and can do these movements. Granted I am small with a higher muscle to mass ratio so it’s easier. Another note is I’ve been an athlete since I was 7 so just putting some expectations that if you are a complete beginner, still get after it and do not get discouraged if it takes longer. We all need to start somewhere. Love the message of this video!
They aren't exercises if you can only do them once or twice. 100 basis squats will do so much more for you then 1 or 2 dragon pistols(?). It's like 'why?' even if you can.
@@oldnatty61 fun. a challenge. That's a good enough reason. If all you ever want to do are squats, that's fine! it's a great exercise that can easily be progressively overloaded. But a lot of people like to work their way up to a new goal.

Zuzka is great. I'm a guy and I do calisthenics and other sports. But I have to say that sometimes I get inspired by Zuzka and her exercises, which help to warm up the body, intensively load it and strengthen it. Thanks
Good stuff I’m 42 and weigh 238 a year ago, I got down to 210 and stopped. And then I started eating like you said with in a 8 hour window and going 16 hours, not eating it works very well my weight started going down I’m at 190 and 6ft lov your channel be safe 👍👍🌹🇺🇸

I just turned 44 in April, and have been following you forever. Thank you for all of your great workouts and positivity. I really need to work on my pistol squats and variations of those. I just started rock climbing this year, and think that might help with pushing me up on some of the boulder problems. And I hate having an exercise that I suck at lol.

All your efforts really paid off. You and many other people (Greg Doucette, Madfit and Carolyne Girvan) are real inspirations for me. I'm 49 and I've worked out for 5 years now (weight, balance and cardio) and I feel like I'm putting all the odds I can on my side to grow old and fit!
This video popped up in my feed. Subscribed because of your positivity/optimism which clearly shows! Thank you for reminding us that we can do it at any age!
Well.... I´m 61, athletics in my young years, SUP-paddling, gym and calisthenics the past 25 years or so. Slightly in better shape than 20 years ago, mostly due to nutrition and smart eating. Keep up the good work!
Great video!! I also agree that regardless of age, the body is very adaptable. I am 37 and I have all the desire to progress and achieve more complex movements. Thanks!!

Good work Zuzka. Fitness and a healthy body have nothing to do with age and everything to do with "frequency." Make fitness a value and you will build good daily habits and a fit body. Think of this, there are many very unfit youth no different than adults - as Nike would say "just do it..."
You are 100% correct, Zuzka! And might I say, you are so articulate with your English. You speak as if it's your "native" language. Impressive! Thank you for the insight and the inspiration. You do, indeed, look young for your age (or any age), but are wise beyond your years. ;0)
So good to see you. I've been following you for more than 5years. Thanks for the new information and movements. I wish you'd visit Minnesota. ❤ all the things your teaching is so right on. 💪
Thank you. There is a pushup variation that I've never seen anyone present online. Right leg up, do a pushup. Repeat. Then left leg up. Repeat. Keep alternating as long as you can. When you can't do any more, do two or three regular pushups at the end. Maybe add a few pushups on knees instead of feet after that. These last ones are optional, like drop sets. When a leg is up in the air during the pushups, additional muscles (including glutes) get worked that do not get worked with regular pushups. Abs, arms, and pecs slso get extra resistance from the weight of the leg that is in the air.
@@Timetimt Yeah, those are similar, and work other core muscles. I think they are excellent . But the variation I had in mind is more like a scorpion pushup. One leg held up. It doesn't have to be so high and curved as the name implies, but it can be, if someone is able. It can also just be lifted up a foot or so, or somewhere in between. The muscles in that leg can also be tensed or flexed. These variations can really work some extra muscles.
You’re such an inspiration! These are the things I need to be doing along with my weight lifting in the gym! Lately my yoga practice has slipped, which is sad, but I still do some stretching…there’s only so much time in a day, in a week, when you work long hours as I do! I’m going to incorporate these into my morning stretches and strive for mastery! Then I guarantee I’ll be looking for the next thing you so gracefully lay out here for your audience! Thank you Zuka! You’re amazing 🤩

WHAT?! Last year you were 39?? I can't believe it! I thought you are in your EARLY 30's! I'm 39 and my body is a soft bag of potatoes! WOW, you're SO inspiring Zuzka! Thank you!
Hearing that there is no age my body stops responding to exercise is helpful and motivating. I will be 50 in a few months and in the worst shape of my life. For the past month I have started walking and doing gentle exercises. It has been hard but I am going to keep at it.
I am 62 and have been following you for over 8 years. Over four years ago, I downloaded in my mobile (UA-cam Premium), three of your 5-min HIIT: one with kettlebell, one with bullies and one jumping across a mat. These are even today the core of my weekly training. Would you please make follow-along videos on both, learning as well as HIIT routines for these four movements you now master? Thanks 🙏🏻

Congrats! Yeah my wife is 40 and she's had boys who are around 21 - 23 years old asking her out cuz they think she's the same age as them! We have 2 boys and people think she's babysitting them! They can't believe that she's the mom, It's crazy! She's Slavic so that's a big reason why! Amazing girls over there!
I really like that she is out of breath when doing the exercises. You can tell she's really working and making it real as opposed to the fitness experts who never seem to be putting out real effort.
I am 33 years old and very overweight, I am 1.60m tall and weigh 84kg. It has been 18 days since I started preparing to start running. I haven't started because I have problems with wear and tear on my joints. The doctor says it is genetic and my degeneration process started 4 years ago. My biggest fear is getting injured and never being able to run. That's why I started researching other ways to improve my body. I'm glad I found your channel. ok, UA-cam is proposing me this video today, and it's my 40 years old tomorrow. 😅 I think it's too late for me to learn it before 40, especially that I'm 7months pregnant, but I'm sure I will make it before 41! ❤
I took fourteen years to Study nutrition and I applied what I have learned I've gained 20 years of my life back mentally physically I have an endless supply of energy and over a week ago I turned 57
Before the pandemic I felt like i was the epitome of health and went to the gym regularly. And felt the improvement. But after gyms closed. I felt like all that disappeared. I'm glad this video came up. I realize we have to take it on more ourselves no matter what as a responsibility to our health and body. I recently started to feel lower energy after 40's and was wondering if it's smart to slow down or push through. Just curious what would be the basics to build up to challenge oneself. Definitely trying to challenge myself yet balance when to rest. I hear 3 times a week is good. And even exercising 40 minutes focused a day is a good kind of schedule to be consistent with. Thanks for the positive outlook. You look great and have a great energy.
Thank You Zuzka for theses precious advices ! At the same time, you're so lovely beautiful that being with you would also keep in shape 😊😊! I'm 59 and practicing judo + gym + rollerblades or bike and in a good shape ! But it's interesting to know how to avoid knee injuries ! Thanks a lot, lovely Zuzka !
Yes, I was thinking of this. Definitely not age - but lifestyle that attributes to stiffness & lethargy. Time passes by fast & we never get to activities like we used to. Now it’s just chairs, recliners & standing in the kitchen…Start by good sleep. Then movement in the first part of the day. It’s magic/a drug/miracle.
Hi Zuzka. It's hard to believe that you're about 40. You look so young! I'm glad that I've found your content. I like your exercises and your English :) Greetings from Poland.
This was huge. I’ve cycled through bunny slope way too many times and when I get burned out I can’t seem to come back fast. We CREATE energy. This is huge.
The most beautiful result is that the feeling of joy ljke playing as childlike and the joy of feeling the achievement in a way of playing of moving the body to enjoy.
I'm almost 42 and I also get that reaction. I love it now. During puberty and adolescent years it was hard though, they thought I spoke like a girl and I only started shaving when I was 20something 😅 Awesome exercises.

Zuzka you are absolutely amazing! I found you wayyyy back when you were doing workouts on a little rooftop, and still you manage to motivate and inspire! You truly set the bar for people, always with a great attitude!
ok, UA-cam is proposing me this video today, and it's my 40 years old tomorrow. 😅 I think it's too late for me to learn it before 40, especially that I'm 7months pregnant, but I'm sure I will make it before 41! ❤
I took fourteen years to
Study nutrition and I applied what I have learned I've gained 20 years of my life back mentally physically I have an endless supply of energy and over a week ago I turned 57
Before the pandemic I felt like i was the epitome of health and went to
the gym regularly. And felt the improvement. But after gyms closed. I
felt like all that disappeared. I'm glad this video came up. I
realize we have to take it on more ourselves no matter what as a
responsibility to our health and body. I recently started to feel lower
energy after 40's and was wondering if it's smart to slow down or push
through. Just curious what would be the basics to build up to challenge
oneself. Definitely trying to challenge myself yet balance when to
rest. I hear 3 times a week is good. And even exercising 40 minutes
focused a day is a good kind of schedule to be consistent with. Thanks
for the positive outlook. You look great and have a great energy.
You are incredible Zuzka! You are a statue of your belief and principles.
I adore you, and I am grateful for your motivating energy.
Sincere thanks amazing lady 🌸
Wow, what an amazing view from her living room !
Health is wealth..and renew your mind daily...😊😊
Thank You Zuzka for theses precious advices ! At the same time, you're so lovely beautiful that being with you would also keep in shape 😊😊! I'm 59 and practicing judo + gym + rollerblades or bike and in a good shape ! But it's interesting to know how to avoid knee injuries !
Thanks a lot, lovely Zuzka !
Thanks so much for this! I’m on the danger zone of my thirties and was almost ready to give up. This has fired me up
Yes, I was thinking of this.
You are awesome Zuzka.
absolutly Stunning ❤❤❤❤
Happy belated Birthday 🎂 🥳 🎉 🎈 🎁 🎊...mine was April the 27th 55 years God gave me by his Grace ...Thankful at heart ❤

I started following you few months ago maybe a year, dunno. You are an inspiration
I've been getting anxious to get back to exercise lately. Thanks Zuzka, for the motivation! 💪🏽🔥
You talk the talk and walk the walk. Inspiring.
