Michael, I don't know if you'll see this but, I just wanted to thank you for what you do. I've listened to you for a few years now, and my mom listened to you too, we've both really enjoyed your meditations. Unfortunately, I lost my mom 9 months ago, but your meditations have sort of helped me feel a connection to her, and through the grief I've been experiencing, that feeling of closeness is invaluable. I turned 23 recently, and the future seems really scary without her, but your affirmations have helped me try to maintain the confidence in myself to keep going. So thank you, again.

I have a suggestion, can you please make a hypnosis session for the times when we feel like we need to cry but for some reason we can’t. I have been following you for long time and I enjoy your content. Your sessions are the most powerful ones I’ve tried. Thank you for your great work.

My mother also passed away on Dec 21 2022. Michael has been the only only one to put me to sleep for the last couple years. As soon as he says “Hi this is Michael Sealy” I’m literally out. This one is so comforting thank you Mr Sealy ❤❤❤

Please look up grief and loss. It’s either here on his channel or jason Stevenson’s. My mom is in hospice care and I have experienced soooo much loss in the past few years. The session takes you to a beautiful beach and you get this amazing time with your loved one. It’s so healing. I hope you find that video because it really brings next level peace.

I've regularly tried lucid dreaming for about 2 years, with no effects whatsoever.
I didn't manage to get it even once even though I've tried all existing methods and tried my hardest.
I gave up about a year ago and have never tried it since. Then, yesterday I found this video and gave it a try, I went to sleep while listening to it and for the first time ever I've actually had a lucid dream.
Your videos were the only thing that was ever able to help me with my insomnia, and now this video even made me have my first ever lucid dream. That's actually incredible, thank you so much for your work.

I have been struggling with many aspects of life addiction and self love for ever and last night about 45 mins into the meditation I got really scared and shut it off I felt myself drop back into my body and heavily sink into my bed. Today I revisited what part of the video I left off on and it said accepting acceptance of self, with the dreams I had last night I now realize I have never accepted who I truly am and have Been struggling with identity this has started a new journey for me round two here we go thank you for your lovely creation.

You don't realize the tension you are holding in your body until you go through the process of focusing on relaxing. These recordings have helped me sleep many nights. I occasionally have a chat with you lol yep hang on a minute Michael I'm going to get another blanket. Pause. Lol. I'm wondering if listening often has an effect of conditioning. I say that because some nights I think it probably won't work tonight and I wake up amazed how quickly I went to sleep. I was going to talk to my doctor about trying a drug. I started listening befor i went so no drugs needed. I listen focus on relaxing from head to toe and often only hear the very beginning. Amazing for someone who can be awake for hours. Thank you.

Iv tried a lot if different guided meditationions and I often can't get all the way through them, but with yours I almost always finish and it makes me feel a lot better than when I started. Currently 37 weeks pregnant listened to this the other night and was actually able to get back to back 5 hours of sleep! Only woke up to use the bathroom once. Felt good lol

I love all your videos, they helped me so much when I was dealing with withdrawal symptoms. I couldn’t ever get to sleep and was crazy anxious at nights, but I swear your videos would knock me out and keep me asleep all night. I hope you make more videos soon!❤

So I tried this last night and when I couldn't sleep had work at 4 am and was still up at 1 am when I listened . So I listened for around 40 minutes and felt it wasnt working and was too tired to finish so took out the headphones and turned onto my side to get the last 2 hours rest after I felt I was falling asleep I suddenly felt a strange sensation and felt as if I shot 100 feet into the air straight through the roof and into the night sky it was one of the strangest and most exhilarating feelings I have felt whilst sleeping . I felt i was flying through the sky like a bird i could feel the wind and the butterfly feeling like being on a rollercoaster I could see the streets and the stars and was moving at a crazy pace soaring through was such a surreal experience and has me totally intrigued! The experience felt like I was away for hours but when I came back it had only been 30 minutes . Then when i drifted off again it happened again i woke up at 1 minute before my alarm clock was about to go off and despite having only about an hours rest I was full of adrenaline and wonder it really was something else. Tonight I will be trying again. Thank you Michael

I love that over the course of 3 years, I have become so much more at ease when I get ready to climb into bed. My anxiety, insomnia and overthinking used to take over me, making me dread night time because I knew I was going to struggle, toss & turn, and just wear myself out trying to relax. but NOW.. now I look forward to it. My favorite video that i tend to go back to when i’m having a bad is the video of you telling us to imagine the characteristics of a ruler. I never get past that part! It’s so good!
