man this so cool , i there is not really some architecture modeling tutorials in c4d on you tube ..The speed is a bit too high ( but i understand that it's a time lapse ) , but it's great :)
This was a quick render using two variations of basically the same material with different shades controlled by dirt node in Octane. There's not much to it there. The details in the model itself create an appealing dirt texture.

It took me around 10 hours to model it.
