it happens due to negativity overthinking hyperthinking or u can say it's a kind of negative habit...on the basis of past experiences...wtevr pattern u created earlier in past you must have interpreted in wrong way...like wtevr problem you faced earlier..and u started panic...like I will die or fear like something can happen to me seriously with feeling and emotions and this cycle repeats every day today life...too much overthinking fear phobia..thn it becomes habit...atleast 21 days..ds process takes... according to neuroplasticity neurons wired together and charges starts flowing itself...and energy starts flowing in different direction... thats y body starts taking d action..like anxiety fear sweating , fast heartbeat always feels anxious...leg pain, hand pain.. indigestion problem..lacking in sleep..much more....convent problem... But koshish kr rahi hu... Sir humko nead aati hai but raat m 4.5 var toot jate hai jo bhe buera ye accha sapna aate hai .sapna itna aate hai ki puri raat hai hai ye din m bhe sota hu to bhe sapna aate hai plz sapna n aaye aur accha nead aaye kuch salaha de sir. Vaisa sir hum negative thinking sa bhe parasan hai but aap ki video dek kar kuch kam kar raha hu❤️
