After watching this session i came to know where and why i feel shy and now i get the solution to overcome shyness. I have been body shamed a lot due to which i feel lack of confidence in myself and do not speak due to shyness . Whenever i go to New places the first thing people say is "oh you are so thin , eat something". And at that moment i feel so embarrassed that i don't say anything to them. But now i know how to overcome these types of people. From now i will be accepting myself however. "Whatever i am,i am perfect". I will speak this line everyday . This will help me in gaining confidence and overcoming shyness. Thank you Sandeep sir for this extraordinary session.

If you are thinking about your studies while exercising, you are not gonna do it with complete concentration. That becomes unproductive time. Iam a mechanical engineer, but iam also learning programming. I schedule my time for studies & programming, so i can focus one thing at a time.
