    Of course The Guide would be “really well done”, just like everything else you do Ronald. You excel and I am grateful for your teaching, your knowledge, your help, and your dedication. Your website is a Compendium. The result I get visiting your videos here in UA-cam is by far better than any medical practitioner I could access in real life.
    The translation into Spanish (my first language) is equally formidable. If I were fluent in German, I’m positive it would be pure poetry to listen to you. You are helping me, and everyone else, to fight, fix, and conquer pain. And that my friend, gives us HoPe, and hope (as we know) is what keeps us going.       bridges are the key. I had lumbar pain for over a decade and it all went away as soon as I did bridges. And don't forget to do lunge stretches and stretch your hip flexors everyday

      I think we will find it is a link on the original German video and that the guide is only in German.

      If you do a google search on liebscher bracht back pain guide you will find the pdf. it’s in english and well designed.

    i am doing the stretch to compensate...but still not getting relief...
    how long will it take to feel beter ( i have chronic pain for 20 years) ?

    this is a brilliant description, thank you. I think it could be the source of my left hip issues ever since I tried to run when I shouldn't and I was way out of balance. one symptom Ive started getting is that my left side lower back can pop or crack very easily when I bend from the hips. Does the cracking back correspond to that over tight muscle?

    I think i have athritis .
    Started about 13 years ago
    After running every joint in mt body felt like it was bone on bone .
    Then it calmed down .
    Ao i started running again..thus tine ny whole neck was inflammed, spasmed.
    2 years of hell
    What can you do against arthritis?
    Dr. Says nothing...accept it .

    There is no exercise recommendations, the whole video is about selling their products, a very long ad!

    Sound is screwed up. Goes in and out. Too painful and frustrating to watch.

      It appears to be a voice over due to the original video being in a language other than English. The sound does not go in and out. A lot of languages use more words than English to get a point across.
