I make a point to walk 30-40 mins daily, usually after lunch to refresh and energize for the afternoon. It is always a highlight. I can attest to the physical and mental/mental health benefits. Also, any time i need to wait somewhere (e.g. when my car is being worked on), I spend at least part of the wait going for a walk. 👌🏼
Taking a walk in the early morning is a wonderful way to start the day. It feels as though you are giving a gentle kiss to the Earth with your feet and soul.👏👏👏👏
In my twenties i realised that i felt better, esp if feeling blue/depressed. I also read an article that walking grounded off negative energy much like electricity is grounded off by being burried in the ground. Unfortunately i cannot find the article but certainly remembered 1 benefit from it
Make sure to take a water bottle with you, especially during the summer and don't stay in the sun unprotected for too long. Don't take the dog on long walks in the sun as this CAN cause heat stokes, make sure to bring some water for them too. Happy walking.

I do my best thinking on walks with the dog. He’s a great listener too 😂
It's also a great way to shake off a bad day. Just me and floppy-eared girl, paddling along.

Which software do you use to make the video?
I watched this video as I am about to take walk outside right now. I just want to know more about the benefits I have.
2 to 3 walks a day with my dog 😊
That makes many miles per year!
So do I. My arthritis is gone.
Thank you mate
I go for a walk 4 times a week, is that ok?
But how do you decide where to go ? I can't really enjoy walking aimlessly 😅
❤

Don’t, don’t… are you a doctor? Do you walk?
No notice on this one.
UA-cam doesn't always send out notifications. I'd recommend joining the email list if you always want to get alerted when I release a new video.

The only downsides of too much walking might be lower testosterone
