Hey! If your kiddos start using that card and running up your balance, it may hurt your debt to income ratio and therefore affect your approval. I would definitely talk to your lender first before making any changes or adding anyone on
@@AngieMBlanco My lender is great at working numbers, but not so great at communicating. The kiddos won’t be using the cards though. I only added them to give them a head start on establishing credit.
