    I've been practicing PMR recently and I've finally become aware of the emotional state of my body and holy shit man it's so terrifying like my body is so tense, i realise that I've been experiencing CONSTANT muscle spasms every since I've had DPR but i didn't know because of how much i was distracting myself with external sources, coming to terms with my body's state has been very scary for me but i won't quit because of your encouragement 💪🏿

    I watched till the end :) I realise that you are not professional MD but you make as much sense to me as Bessel van der Kolk, Peter Levine, Gabor Mate and so on. Probably Your personal experience with those issues give you more credibility then if you just studied it. I like to understand things structurally like an engineer, cause and effect. I recognize a gem when i find it.

    I am going through this currently. Im so grateful to have found your page early on in this recovery journey. This is by far the absolute challenging and frightening experience of my entire existence.
    Its been so difficult to explain to people around me what im going through when they have never been in this situation or just simply don't care enough to help or learn about it along with me.
    Your page has been helpful and is a great reminder that there is light at the end of the tunnel and the best days of my life are yet to come. With your help, I am certainly looking forward to being mentally present and grounded for those moments. Thank you so much ❤

    Hello Coach Jordan,
    I would really appreciate your answer. I am working since years on traumahealing but in the last weeks i started to be more and more in the body and less in the head and i started to feel extremely anxious and my thoughts became rally crazy... like im overthinking eveeything , i cant stop and developed ocd which i never had, would you say it can be a part of the recovery process? It would help me very much if you could give your opinion.

      Thanks for sharing. It is common for people to feel this way. Once you learn what you can do to overcome DPDR it will give you hope. The power is in knowing what is causing it and what to do about it!

    Hey coach i hope this gets to you. Ive been experiencing dpdr for a couple weeks, I spoke to one of your mentors today and im considering joining your program. Ive noticed that i feel the best after i do yoga and exercise. I also mentioned i exercise pretty hard, i have a military background, fitness was very important over there. He said something about that not being ideal, and i wonder why. I understand it can maybe be hard on the nervous system, maybe? and its not really getting to the root of the problem which you mention a lot. Would love to hear your input, if you respond to this question ill seriously consider signing up. Hope this reaches you brother, thanks.

    hey, i recently started feeling this way about a month half ago i was scared and didn’t know what was wrong with me because this never happened until now , i suffer from something else too that I’ve been dealin which idk what it is , ill done research it’s like “ déjà vu seizures “ and it just feel like it gotten worse where im having symptoms like derealization , thank you for the video

    My only problem is that i need to break the habit , the constant check this makes me feel bad because i’m at the final step and i’m sure about that i really feel 50% better is like my anxiety now is from 10 to 6 maybe or 5 and i really feel calm and better but feeling weird from dp/ dr symtoms which are not like before but they still make me feel not normal comply . Any advice ?

    I have discovered that I have Dpdr and I am 60 years old
    I have had this feeling since I can remember,but I did not know that is DPDR
    What do you think I should do

    Does OCD as a cause for DPDR cause complexity to healing? My worry is that my failure to deal with OCD will make it difficult to recover from DPDR because OCD is causing me to be in a state of stress.

    What does it mean when you've been through alot of trauma and can purposefully male your nervous system go into this like....electrical insanity? Lol if that makes any sense

    Hello i had db for years but now it's got so bad that I'm thinking of going in to hospital for treatment. But I don't no if that's the best thing to do feel like i can't go on. Do some people feel this way. 😢😢😢
