My late grandmother once told me that the good things come to who is patient and takes time to put things together. This new video does not disappoint! Great video. The point that has been a recurring issue for me is the dopamine addiction. This is something that will block you so massively, because doing the often boring or unpleasant inner work just can't compete with that quick, instant gratification - and the fucked up thing is that mass media & society at large seem to constantly find new, more effective ways to get you addicted to their products. Just yesterday I stepped up my detox game and turned my phone into a distraction-free work tool by adding it to Apple Business Manager and using a MDM software to block ALL distracting apps remotely. I can't use my phone to bypass this anymore. This would be one of the more extreme "hands-on" ways how you can actually take action on this, but there are many other solutions and small steps / routines which can work. wow, you get better so quickly! i just recommend changing this style and learning about what colors blend and how to create a visual identity, these two colors don't look good together tbh. but overall good vid! trust me, you've got everything now on point, the only thing you need is to improve, and to improving depends a lot about consistency, with every video, you are gonna learn so many things, and if you stick to it for one year with this quality, i guarantee you're gonna grow so much and probably get to somewhere around 100k-500k xd @Gabriel B.
