To be fair neither Halford nor Bruce has kept as much voice as Klaus has and the only other singer I can think of that actually sounds better today than in the 70's is Glenn Hughes - which is a mystery since most high pitch singers have abused their vocal cords after years upon years of singing... Dio also kept his voice in a damn near perfect condition but sadly cancer got the best of him... In the end of the day Klaus Meine has a fantastic voice and he must've really taken care of himself all these years to still sound as good as he does and Scorpions as a band are true performers that give their everything to the fans and don't play drunk or stoned! (ok, Michael Schenker and Kottak might have at some stage but at least the latter had to leave due to it) I love all these (few) 70's and 80's bands who are still going strong and sound better than ever! The amount of work they do to be fit and able as some are 70 years old is hard to grasp but you sure get what you pay for when going to their concerts and I can only applaud them for being such awesome musicians and people - making everybody smile and feeling happy! :) One thing I've always admired Scorpions for is their lack of drama. So many musicians wrecked hotels and played so drunk they fell off the stage in the 80's but never Scorpions. True ambassadors of rock!!!

Like our Willy Nelson, Merle Haggard, Tom Petty, David Bowie, Warren Zevon I think I mis spelled his name, and Paris recently lost their Johnny. Most of those men had cancer, toured and later died from it, others from heart failure. But they all continued to write, finished putting their albums together, and sang to their fans up to the end. Oh yah The Rolling Stones are still out there too. Willy is an old soul now, but he still tours and two of his sons sometimes appear on stage with him.They sing and play guitar. Big surprise there:) The great and true musicians stand the test of time. Age doesn't matter to their loyal fans, heck most of the fans are their age or older:) I so admire people like that.The Scorpions are an awesome talent, and in the words of a Neil Young song, "Long May you Run"☮️
