@@JonDoe-gk3ej Hi Jon! I'm from Alberta, Canada. Here red squirrels are classified as furbearers rather than game animals. There is a season for catching red squirrels and these pelts are sold or shipped to auction along with all other fur species. Hope this answers your question. Best Wishes!

Starting to get into trapping. Zero experience. How do you pick a “line”?
You have alot of fur up there that I can't trap in Wisconsin.
We are very fortunate to be able to trap all that we can trap.
How many cabins are in that area. Are there other trappers close by
Just those two. They are both registered on two different line that Murray owns. The lines are touching so it's like one big one.

No the overhang is another 4 feet.
How much would it cost to build a log cabin? How much does land cost in Alaska? Land out in the middle of nowhere?
I'm not positive how much that would cost. We milled everything and did everything ourselves so just time
