It’s pretty crazy how the series is 20 plus years old and we have yet to see an Admiral go all out in a fight.
Well... you have to take into account that those 100 thousand were elite marines... so saying the rest 50,000 are normal marines does not make sense, as it would mean that is more probable to be an elite marine than the hundreds of thousand we saw during the beginning arcs that are needed to take care of the one piece world... seeing how you did not get that at the start of the video, I do not trust this.
I know it technically isn't canon but I think Zed from one piece film Z deserves a mention.
For those who don't know the 100 thousand marines in Marineford were all elites that's how powerful the marines are.
Well obviously, they still need to maintain law in 170+ countries while fighting a war against a emperor, so hundreds of thousands of soldiers and warships and officers were in the 4 blues and grandline while marineford was taking place, there also was the gods knights and CP0 were in the holy land of mariejoa

Wait, dude. I've only watched the beggining so maybe you corrected yourself or said marines and not wg but we def know when the world government was formed. I dunno about the exact date cause the series always says aproximately 800 years but I think through external and internal series lore you can get a pretty good idea the year the wg started.
