No. S-Ranks are only possible on the Slot with the Expert difficulty. Don't forget: A modder can change Simple and Regular, too. So if he were to modify that, you couldn't get an S-Rank on it. S-Rank needs the Expert slot, a certain time, 3 HP, 3 Parries, 5 Super or whatever the modder decides
