Just discovered this. It has a pleasant fruity taste. I make it up in a concentrated amount, and add it to club soda, sparkling mineral water or just filtered water with a touch of vanilla; a nice iced tea option
As long as it's not exploited, this is a great and newly perfect alternative to coffee that is known for its unpleasant long-term effects.

Where can one get seeds?
I was reading the back of this energy drink I bought wondering "wtf is guayusa." It was a Runa Clean energy. Stuff's pretty good if you can find it. I'm pretty stoked about being able to predict the future now, I think this will benefit my crypto trading.

I live in ecuador,my daughter lives in the orient,Guayusa is everywhere,it is free it tastes like shit and it does next to nothing..my daughter drinks it,she is 2 and a half.........maybe just maybe it helps with stomach upsets but even then not as effective as tea made from oregano...Now Ayahuasca,predict the future and lucid dreaming-spot on.
Is it healther than espresso? My doctor said there is no difference between the coffeine in organic espresso and the theine/coffeine in tea.
yes, it is healthier, while your doctor is right, the pure extracted caffeine is identical, there are differences as to how and over what period of time the caffeine is released. For example espresso give a quick release and I can even drink some at night, but if I drink a cup of strong tea at night, I wont be able to sleep. It is released over a longer time. Then in regard to green teas (mate, green tea, guayusa) they have many antioxidants. and flavonoids. These either oxidize during trad. black tea fermentation, or as is the case with roasted coffee may even turn into free radicals and carcinogenic substances. Some ppl even appreciate the "bitterness of roasting" vs the bitterness of alkaloids, tannins or other bitter plant juices. On the other hand green coffee is highly beneficial. People are just finding out.....If you want something as strong as espresso, you can make mate tea and add some guarana powder and voila....drinking mate tea has hit Syria/Lebanon, which were strong coffee drinking nations (Najar coffee) and now Syria is the worlds largest importer of Mate tea, even tho its only the mountain ppl that are really into it....but ppl will change if they comprehend that some plants have entities.....like the near immortal Khidr...you know and others, lets call them plant angels....I am not saying that coffee hasn't that, it is just that culture has added fixed ways of preparation and stuff like cocoa is now wrongly associated with milk, even tho milk destroys the benefits of raw cocoa

And just by the way I dont drink milk and I dont consume sugar, so I always drink organic sugarfree milkfree espresso, but I will try to swap to tea, your post motivated me a lot.

Inle Black Give them time. It's flying under their radar right Now. But once studies can prove its beneficial to people and helps with common ailments, the FDA will be sure to shut it down instantly.
