I love the landscape!
I hope whoever buys it doesn't ruin it with a garish renovation.
Or all white beige and gray. 😵
Stunning home with some amazing wallpapers, Especially the dining room. No doubt some vacuous airhead with a rich husband will move in and cover every wall with grasscloth or 'high gloss'.
😂
The other comments are killing me. Someone actually said they would update the wallpaper.😣
@@MonicaWB I know. Money can't buy class Monica.
You’re insufferable!
@@shonabeggs4640 if you think class is your taste you’ve already failed at life
This home is iconic! An absolute treasure!
I love how this home gives ghostly vibes, In particular the mirrored bathroom.
The dining-room is spectacular
A steal! Beautiful!
Lovely home and property! I’d buy it but it’s way out of my price range. But if I did I would restore it. Best blessings to the seller!
The lawns would need to have some goats grazing it all year round if you can’t afford the fuel for a lawnmower.
I would turn it into market gardens and give season passes for locals to use the swimming pool
🤩 I'm Home WoW💕
Wowza
It needs Timothy Corrigan. Decorator.
Will there be an estate sale or auction?
This is a beautiful home, but I would update the wallpaper and drapes perhaps some brighter colors within the home.
Oh, I hope Homeworthy keeps showing a lot of design and not properties for sale. I think most of us are here for decoration and not to buy a property...There are many channels like that already for people who want to buy, and few for decor.
The decor in these properties for sale tends to be either soulless or outdated, like this one...
I want the old Architectural Digest magazine in video form.
Beautiful but outdated… very.
Bridgerton…..
🤍
Georgian homes>
Maybe keep some of the classic rooms but renovate the rest. No need for all those living rooms full of old outdated floral patterns.
nope .. prefer attainable simplicity . . sales video
7 million ?? I understand the price but it needs updating which will cost more
Didn't show the kitchen? Must be god awful. Twice while outside referred to the view of the New York skyline without showing it?
For 7 million that's a right dump
I am surprised the price isn't at least triple what it is. The land it's on is a rare slice of heaven on earth.
Of all the Homeworthy videos, this home might be the WASPiest I've ever seen.
I don't happen to be a WASP, but why make that sort of remark?
It’d cost more to redecorate and refurbish than to buy it. What a deal. But living in CT is a no, thank you, no.
What's wrong with Connecticut? It's a beautiful state. New England is a wonderful part of America.
It needs to be staged
?
It looks like it is…with staging, less is more.
What and appeal to the MF groupies? Do we really want Chip and Joanne getting excited? I didn't think so, haha.
🤮
Gut reno. One of those homes that look like people who inhereted it had barely money to pay taxes and water bills. How is this untouched for 50+ years?
