In a recent interview with Dinyar, he stated he believes in today's market this estate would cost in excess of 25 million dollars to replicate the main house alone, excluding land costs, the new 5,000 square foot wellness center, and fully renovated guest house.

Price is too high for a structure needing a brand new roof which will exceed the asking sale price.
The ivy creeping up the outside has weakened the bricks causing rot. Insurance won’t pay for it, too expensive to replace. Lots of cosmetic repairs. Gorgeous home but I’d find too many structural code discrepancies to pay 14 million for it. Good luck selling it.
