awesome shop you got there, just found the build series and watching as I go, you might explain in other videos but is it just built for your pleasure or do you have a 4x4 business there ?
It’s funny this came up yesterday. I got some Michelins installed at a truck center on these wheels. The rear valve stems were leaking. They used teflon to seal it up 🤙🏻 no more leaks.
@@JensenAdventuresaz do they have the rubber inserts? I only ask because when I mounted mine I didn't need to do the starter fluid trick. Once bolted together everything was sealed up and I just added air...
Ok well that’s awesome I’m surprised I haven’t seen your truck I’m in mesa and have a pretty similar truck and I’m doing what your doing but in reverse do you have any of the parts left I would be interest in purchasing them
This is badass dude! You killed this 👊
Thanks bro!
Just bought a Kodiak was wondering where I can get the blocks to lift mine
Would probably have to be a custom thing. The person who lifted mine extended the front shackles as well. There may be a kit online I’m not sure.

Thank you! I do some side work building other peoples rigs but it’s mainly for my own builds.
Love the build! Where did you find those valve stems? And where did you purchase your tires? Looking to replace my cracked 46"s on my kodiak ambo.
Thank you! I got them on Oshkosh’s website!
So im just gonna point out, you dont need teflon for valve stems theres a rubber gasket for a sealing face.

I’m definitely going to put a kelderman air ride suspension front and rear under my new 5500 4x4. Those leafs ride like dog 💩
They do! With the camper on or loaded it’s not to bad. The front is the worst part.
Are those tires really bead locks? I never saw the inner rubber bead lock that gets pinched or the O-ring.
Yes they are MRAP military beadlocks!

@@mattcrouch6477 they don’t I opted to not have to run the inserts!
@@JensenAdventuresaz I gotcha! They are definitely easier to mount (and lighter) without the inserts! Nice truck by the way!
@@mattcrouch6477 thank you! Will be awesome when we get the camper on!
So the Kodiak was just lifted using blocks on the springs front and rear
Yes and actually had extended shackles in the front as well.
@@JensenAdventuresaz i also have a kodiak 4500 but its a regular cab with a 13x8 flatbed
@@cerberusxv4509 nice! Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have other questions we’ve done a ton of work to ours!
@@JensenAdventuresaz yes you have it looks great too
@@cerberusxv4509 thank you!

Yes we are in Gilbert actually.

Are you all in az
Yes in Gilbert!
Why the hell go smaller!?
Would be to high with the camper on!
@@JensenAdventuresaz ohhhh. Gotcha! Fuck is pretty big lol.
@@thatonedude926 was honestly way to big lol
@@JensenAdventuresaz lol. I like your Rubicon too. I have a 2022 Rubicon with the XR package and running 37s on her. Thinner fenders to fit the 37s.
