It shouldn't in this case. Shifter Zerus "entered the hand" first, so his effect goes first. First Zerus transforms, then Nerubian would go off. Bolvar's effect can happen mid-turn, so there you go.

And note that rogue spells given to rogue are already cheap and deadly. So yeah.. it still works. No , I didn't win against them.
I honestly think this card is good enough and does enough that Thief Rogue might become a thing. I don't think it's Tier 1, but it's still a surprisingly effective deck.

Thank you, Kripp. This is the first time since the beginning of Hearthstone that I enjoy playing Rogue. I have 3 golden classes but before this deck I had fewer than 10 ranked wins with rogue. But this deck may carry me into the triple digits.
What does 'other classes' mean? Classes that isn't Rogue or a class ur hero is not? What if I draft this card from an unstable portal as a mage? Do my entire hand get discounted?
Any deck consisting of entirely random cards can be called Casino something. Which is interesting because the Casino isn't that random. The Casino always wins. By the time you randomly win something the Casino already won. If there were decks in Hearthstone that were that consistent at appearing random but always winning like a Casino we'd. I'd guess we'd still be pissed off about it but what else is new?

since you produce so many cards wouldn't elise be great as a late game sure fire win by drowning your opponents on value? Also how would peddler discount interact with monkey transforming them? Would there potentially be a 4 mana rag or a 2 mana sylvanas potentially?
Anyone remember what Kripp originally said about this card before it was released? Did he predict it would be good as he's saying now? Just out of curiosity.
LOL I made my own version of this deck (don't have LoE) and all I faced were zoolocks and face shamans. Guess how well that went. Kripp so lucky to run into all control decks with this. Trust me, it's not a fun deck to play versus aggro.
I'm not super convinced on the grand crusaders. A good chunk of the paladin spells are very low cost garbage like their secrets or situational like equality. Getting discounts when you hit those cards is still pretty bad imo. Either way, I don't have any of them so I swapped in Cairne for more N'zoth and am also trying out Chillmaw just for a big taunt that can be brought back from N'zoth.

Y'know what this might go well with? Gang up. I was thinking you only had two Ethereal peddlers, which seemed a bit unfortunate. And you could also gang up enemy cards, letting you get more of other classes cards.
Only cards in your hand that belong to another class. So fighting a rogue actually half counters this deck also, since you'd be "stealing" rogue cards.

You can have more heals than your opponent as Rogue: Earthen Ring Farseer --> Brann --> Shadowcaster
