I used to use this planner for work, loved it, and after a couple of very expensive years caught in the frenzy of new planners, I’ve already decided that 2025 will see me return to the Leuchtturm for bujo. When we I found a 6 week month I just moved the last days of the month over onto the next month, so in your example Monday 30 September goes onto October spread, which is where it’s more useful anyway.
I really appreciate your comparison of sizes. Different companies have different measurements for the exact same-named size. Thanks for putting the exact measurements on the screen. I've tried lots of journals/planners and have yet to find exactly what I like (and I don't want to go back to bullet journaling).
If you draw additional horizontal lines and use a darker pen, you can use the 'International Holidays' page spread as a habit tracker (or similar). Extra bonus: The months are already there. In this planner, you already have the 'Project Plan' pages which work that way, but an additional tracker might still come handy. Oh, and UTC (Universal Time Coordinated) is basically the same as GMT (Greenwich Mean Time), so the times are for England/UK (disregarding summer time). But that shouldn't affect moon phases in the same hemisphere.
I love the size of that planner!! The cross referencing sounds a bit like threading (Bullet Journal Method). I'm happy to see that becoming more common in planners. 💖
Oh that's what those stickers are for! I was trying to see how to place them inside the journal like "why do they not fit?" haha. You gave me so many ideas on how to use mine. I believe mine is a weekly, and I am excited to try it out now.
Wow! A taller B6 (but not as tall as a TN). Is exactly what I've been looking for! And the pages are numbered. And they come with pre-printed monthly calendars.... Could this be the holy grail planner?
they have a b5 as well that's pretty awesome for larger planning. The light color dots are great to be non-intrusive but not so great for night work or when you've got tired eyes. The paper will hold up to some sign pen and le pen ink but shines best with a gel or ball point pen for those that are curious
I was looking for a planner/notebook to track my fitness that I'd be able to start now. This is just so perfect as I can start in a few days, I like that it's semi dated so I don't have to sketch in monthly views and I only have to add dates on the notes part. I'll use the monthly pages to track my workout days and then use cross referencing to pages of my workout details. This way I can group my workout days on the notes part without worrying about having to skip pages for rest days on a dated planner. Can't wait to see how you set up yours.
Aww thanks for the shout-out! I'm so happy that you're going to be using one of these. I love them but stopped using them as a Planner Planner because the monthlies were stressing me out 😅 I've been using an undated Archer & Olive notebook as my Planner Planner but your video has made me miss the Leuchtturm! Hope you enjoy yours and looking forward to seeing your updates!
I’m trying the Take-A-Note A6 for the first time(exciting), Hobonichi Cousin and passport/standard TNs. But I also have a random Weeks as well and I can’t decide what to use it for-swatches? Reading journal? Any other ideas? Hope you are well Sylvia x
Are there two different options for the LT1917 monthly - one with lines on the days and one without? All the ones I’m seeing are lined and I find that annoying, but yours isn’t. Curious where you got it!
that cross-referencing idea is SO smart!! definitely will be implementing that in my own journal :)
We appreciate your journalling content. You'll always have our support.
Wow! I was just looking at this planner. Excited to see how you use it. I love their paper.
B6 is such a great size. Thank you for sharing.

I still love your vids , what a great idea this did not see this yet. Thanks. Greetz from Amsterdam 🌷

This is exactly what I have for 2024 ( in yellow) plus Nolty efficiency as OTG planner. Thanks for sharing.
Nolty is so clean looking 😃

side note: went from b5 to b6+ for this year, I think you'll really enjoy the flexibility and slightly better paper quality coming off a moleskine
I LOVE the B5 size! I need space. ;-D
Yes, but I like to fit my planner in my purse!
@@SylviaWithAPlan I get totally get that, and tried to change back to A5 - but then I have to take my backpack anyway, as I go anywhere by bike.

Excellent review! Thank you!
So glad you did this review! I had just ordered this

I knew if the planner was worth my time, you would have a review😀
@@SylviaWithAPlan 🥰
Moleskine got rid of the public holidays for their 2024 planners! So lots more space on January 1 now
of course they did LOLS
I really wish they offered the Monthly in a Pocket size! 😢

I'm taking a break from Tomoe River paper, but Take A Note looks nice.
Sojourner makes a B6+ folio that fits this notebook. I have one
I emailed, and not anymore 😔
@@SylviaWithAPlan well that sucks. Must be people weren’t ordering that size. Any chance they’d do a custom size for it?
Is the cover like cardstock or something sturdier? It doesn't clarify on Amazon or even on the Leuchturm site. Thanks.
Do you know of anyone who makes a clear, plastic cover for this size? Didn't find anyone on Etsy for this size. Thanks.

I believe that is the layout for B5.
