IN THIS VIDEO LECTURE I AM EXPALING ABOUT THE FIXED OUTPUT SWITCHING REGULATOR LM2576 WHICH CAN DILIVER 3 AMP OUTPUT CURRENT.
IN THIS DESIGN I EXPLAINED DESIGN OF 5 VOLT DC & 3 AMP LOAD CUEENT. THIS REGULATOR HAIVING INTERNAL OSSILATOR WHICH IS GENERATING 52 KHz, TO DESIGN THE REQUIRED OUTPUT VOLTAGE AND CURRENT WE HAVE TO REQUIRED ONLY 4 EXTERNAL COMPONENT WHICH IS VERY GOOD ADVANTAGE TO REDUCE THE EXTERNAL COMPONENT AS WELL AS COMPACT POWER SUPPLY DESIGN.
THESE DEVICES ARE AVAILABLE IN FIXED OUTPUT VOLTAGES OF 3.3 V, 5.0 V, 12 V, 15 V, AND AN ADJUSTABLE OUTPUT VERSION
SINCE THE LM2576 CONVERTER IS A SWITCH−MODE POWER SUPPLY, ITS EFFICIENCY IS SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER IN COMPARISON WITH POPULAR THREE−TERMINAL LINEAR REGULATORS, ESPECIALLY WITH HIGHER INPUT VOLTAGES. IN MANY CASES, THE POWER DISSIPATED IS SO LOW THAT NO HEATSINK IS REQUIRED OR ITS SIZE COULD BE REDUCED DRAMATICALLY.

Take any small ferrite core and use lit wire wound some turn and measure with LCR meter.

Yes but add some protection ckt
IC 7805 bi to 5v ke liya hota hai
Yes you are right LM7805 also generates 5volt but lm7805 is a linear regulator but this will not provide current up to 3 amp. Also losses are more efficiency is about 65%
Hello Sir ! Kya yeh IC ke use se apan 240V from charging plug ko desired dc mein convert kr skte hai kya ? Jaise ki opamp ko 15 V, baki IC ko reference voltage, etc. through 240V se de skte hai kya first by converting AC to DC ? Ya phir alternate option kya ho skta hai ?

Nhi de sakte hai 240v direct to this ic. Aap ek step down Transformers use karke diode ki help se rectified kar lijiye aur capacitor lga k filter dc bana lijiye fir is ic se aap regulated dc bana sakte hai wo bhi lo voltage ka jo kosis ic ya opamp ko chahiye
Bhai sub ic78×× maximum one amp current out put pe deta hai . Apne bola in put me jitna current dega utna hi current out put pe milega . Kya eie sahi hai . Data sheet dekha bhai sub.

sir i have made a multism diagram of your design it's working i mean but the multimeter slowly approach to desird voltage in 10 seconds is there any error
Do you have model of regulator in multisim? Delay may be due to computer processor speed
@@scienceinnovativebrain sir I have multism diagram but when I simulate the diagram it's output start from 1 volt and then in 8 second it get fixed on 5 volt

Hello Sir, I just want to know the use of inductor here.
Inductor is use as filter L and C make filter to reduce the ripple in output voltage. (ac parts in DC)
@@scienceinnovativebrain In Adjustable version what is the role of inductor?how desired output is acheived? Actual process I want how simply putitng Volatge divider is not what we get output what actual process carried out inside?
Aslo use of Schottky diode,it is connected in reverse direction across output so when it is came in picture?in my circuit I have used Smd B1100 diode
It is used to not allow the back current in side ic due to inductors back emf . As per your application you can use diode current rating. But it should be fast recovery diode.

Yes melega but input voltage output voltage se jayada hona chahiye.
