Pure Sine wave inverter , EGS002, EG8010+IR2113, SPWM
EGS002 EG8010 IR2110 DC-AC SPWM Pure Sine Wave Inverter Driver Module uses ASIC EG8010 as the control chip and IR2110S as the driver chip. EGS002 is an enhanced version of EGS001 that works with the original interfaces of EGS001. The driver board has fan control, LED warning indication, voltage, current, and temperature protection capabilities.
Additionally, the EGS002 incorporates cross-conduction prevention logic to improve its anti-interference capabilities as well as an LCD display interface for user convenience when using the chip's built-in display feature. EG8010 is a digital and fully functional pure sine wave inverter generator chip with dead zone control. It is used in DC-DC-AC two-stage power conversion architecture or DC-AC single-stage power frequency transformer boost conversion.
Features:
External 12MHz crystal oscillator, 23.4KHz PWM carrier
Real-time feedback on the temperature, voltage, and current
Protection from overvoltage, under-voltage, overcurrent, and overheating
It can set output voltage, frequency, and other parameters through serial communication.
Applications:
It has wide applications like Single phase pure sine wave inverters, Single-phase motor speed controllers, Single-phase inverters, Sine wave dimmers, Sine wave regulators, Sine wave generators, Digital generator systems, etc.

Just replace the IC before replacement check it's power supply voltage are within the limits also check windings resistance.

Sir if i did short circuit secondary and measure Primary side by LCR meter then it is over all leakage inductance referred to primary side or only leakage inductance of primary side??
It will be the primary side only for the secondary side short primary coil

How can you calculate magnetization resistance
There is no magnetizing resistance it is inductance that you can find by measuring primary coil inductance by opening the secondary coil.

@@scienceinnovativebrain My plan is to make an ac-dc rectifier system, with 1000 vac input from a step up transformer, then passing through a circuit with two silicon controlled rectifiers and two diodes. Then to control the SCR I used the Pulse Width Modulation method which has been modulated to 1khz. What I want to ask is how to isolate the power and control circuits using this pulse transformer

Rotor coil having three wire you can't connect directly with smps without 3ph motor driver

Are bhai hamare Ghar k equipment are not rated for DC input voltage to kase chalayenge. Agar sirf light jalana hai to shoch sakte hai. TV bhi chala sakte hai but Fan washing machine thoda muskil h equipment ko DC k according convert karna padega. But safety k liye elcb jarul lagana padega. Nahi to DC voltage apko chipka lega agar tuch ya shock laga to. More dangerous than AC.

I have also told kuch equipment chal sakte hai per voltage faluation jayada hoga to equipment kharab hone per apko koi bhi guarantee warranty nhi hai. Apne risk per chalaye. BLDC fan chalega but inductance fan kabhi nhi chalega.
