nah its not a good vehicle, not worth the money. if you want an EV at similar price, there are plenty of choices. and Chery cars are not doing particularly well in China market. but Chery ICE cars are usually pretty good on mechanical side, dont know why their EVs handle badly.

M7 is a somewhat older model, probably why they are not reviewing it. Although a refresh just got launched so maybe Wheelsboy might review the new version? If you are interested in exporting the car, does its most advanced ADAS/autonomous driving features work at all outside of China? To me, that is probably the main selling point of buying a Huawei car, and if that was not available when exported, why not just buy a different cheaper SUV such as a Leapmotor?

Did you measure the length of the flat space in the back with the seats folded down? It looks like there wasn't enough space for you to lie flat... How tall are you?

More China EV maker should build factory in south east asia (Indonesia, Thailand,Vietnam, etc) to drive more competition. For example, in Indonesia honda motorcycle sells an e-bicycle (max 45kph) as a electric motorcycle for USD 3000. While china import can run 90kph for half price of it.

Nice EV, We probably would have bought it, when it was for sale in the EU and around those prices. Since it is not, we bought the only EV with a for us usable 320km range, LFP battery, with a 100kW charger and around Euro 25k. The Citroen e-C3 . . . build in the EU. Both Chinese and USA EV's only talk about those sub 25k EV's since 2019, but never delivered in the EU. Citroen did. Missed chances.

Apple seemed to be set on a self-driving car and AI. Maybe a vehicle that drives more or less like an old fashioned car wasn't flashy enough for them (for a company that still uses the name of a fruit!).😊
Funny thing is that Chery registered iCar trademark in China all the way back to 2004 and it is about to expire this year

International market will be under Jaecoo J6. And is coming to Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia.. and so on.....
