Comparisons,
between India and China is unfair and unethical.
India is a democratic,
diversed, multilingual,
multi ethically vibrant,
diverse religious country, unlike China.
Whereas China is country under a political dictatorship.
Where, laws are enforced strictly for a single political party, single language, single child....with absolutely no platform for airing their different opinions against the governing bodies.
We have a federal system, co-existing along with our Union.
Both countries , path to progress are different.
Though , we may take some more time, our destiny will be much more stable, as our democracy would mature in due course of time, when we are able to move completely from the colonial mindset and laws.
And more importantly, when our youngsters fully realise the importance of the absolute freedom, which we enjoying, among our fellow nations and knowing how gifted is our country with natural resources and climate.
Kudos to the young ladies and their optimism.

Very bad experience with embassy officials, you have to wait outside building hours to get a documents attested or getting support , hope this IFS trainee are given some lecture on how deal expatriates problem
India faces a thumping block in getting a permanent membership in the UN Security Council so long as China continues to be inimical towards India. No chance for altering the position in the near future .
You need tough times and tough assignments ,then only you can prove yourself.
