I mean I dont have to, but I really want to and second question, is there a way, that if I cosume 1500 calories daily and play some football, go on a walk etc. Is it realistic that I reach my goal? If you don’t have to, don’t rush the process. You want to develop a weight loss system that is sustainable in the long-run. I’ve seen, so many times, people lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time, then put it straight back on because they binge once they reach their milestone. That being said, you probably can lose 7kg in 2 months if you do it properly. Use myfitnesspal to find out your maintenance calories and other stats.
very possible. Start with lowering your carbs by 100 grams a week than usual. Then try and stay below 100 grams of carbs per day. Gym should be mixed cardio and weights - dont just bodybuild. Supplements should be sea kelp, CLA and maybe a fat burner like Thermobol. If you drink sodas, they must be zero sugar. (qualified PT)
