Darby talks about how he was living in his car before he signed with AEW, meeting his wife (and fellow wrestler) Priscilla Kelly, how he came up with his signature move The Coffin Drop, transitioning from being a pro skateboarder to a pro wrestler and more! He will be wrestling CM Punk in his return match at AEW's All Out event on September 5.

Had never heard of Darby Allin prior to AEW, but he's quickly become one of my favourite wrestlers.
Yeah he's definitely my favorite wrestler right now and I only started watching aew during the week of Christmas it's just that he's so likeable as a wrestler.

TankFish same. Both were so great, because of how blurry they kept the line between kayfabe and reality. Heyman and Miz are also great at this.
Darby has a lot of potential. He's good in the ring, good looking, good personnality,good actor, funny, but he should be careful with some risks that he takes.

Mat Douglas Pretty sure I'm not alone. The only reason to watch wrestling is to see the outcome of the preplanned conflict. Talking about the booking of wins and losses directly afterwards to the press destroys the illusion they've just worked so hard to pull off. Saying that, I'll still watch everything because I'm a mark.

I knew exactly why CM Punk wanted to work with Darby Allin. He’s captivating in the ring, and most people haven’t seen what an awesome promo he is yet. He’s natural and authentic on the mic. That’s what I love about Punk is that he’s authentic, and Darby is as well. I was a skater Punk Rock kid growing up, so I relate. Darby is going to be a mega star, and I knew it was only a matter of time he got the shine he deserved. This kid has a great fascinating persona, and he’s one of the bright spots of the future of pro wrestling. Also his theme song is pretty kick ass! It has a great hook that sticks with you. Can’t wait to see Darby and Punk go at it this Sunday. 💀 🦴

Darby Allin is one hell of a talent! He's one of the staples of AEW's future, with Page, MJF, and the other amazing talents like Sammy Guevara. He might just be a bit too "emo" for me as a character, but his in-ring skills are really, very premium, and I can handle the oddity of his character to continue to witness his incredible abilities. I see a great rivalry forming between him and Shawn Spears, and I want it!
