Loved the video thank you so much for your work!
It's so funny how many of us weren't interested in symphony music until we heard Genshin music 😆
this is so me. I already watched the Genshin Concert 2023 on PC but one time I rewatched it on our TV, i don't why i got teary eyes 😅
I got teary eyed a lot over the years while playing Genshin and hearing the music 🥺🥹🩵
I also appreciate the camerawork in these performances, how they focus on instruments that are prominent at certain passages, showing us what the instrument is and how it sounds. Makes it way more interesting for someone who doesn't know them, too.
True! Mad respect to the editor too who made sure they are featured that way they should be. 😊
Genshin symphony performances are like no other. They integrate cultural themes and modern orchestra music like no other and I always look forward to the music in every new expansion. Please also react to the fontaine, inazuma and liyue live symphony performances too! U can search for:

It is in the works 😊
Sumeru and Fontaine Behind the scene
19:55 this specific hammered dulcimer is a 'Santur' originated from Iran. Ney is also from the same region.
I'm just really glad to see so many professional musicians in different areas of expertice getting inspired by genshin music.
Thank you so much! 🩵🎶
Ney is from Egypt though
Sumeru is a fantasical magical region in Genshin. There are two subregions in Sumeru: The Forest and the Desert. This symphony only just plays the Forest theme. There are many more themes in the Desert.
Actually the second one is the desert version of the battle theme. It has a more prominent flute and duduk, which the forest does not.
This one is for desert shamshir with Egyptian flute Ney and Forest is Stream with Indian flute Bansuri
That's one of my favorites, and I'm definitely looking forward to watching this vid!
I'm very glad to hear this! 🥹🩵 More very soon!
I would recommend you, Melomue, to listen to the Fatui Harbingers' themes: Tartaglia, La Signora, and Scaramouche boss battle themes. These themes are heavily opera related
Yes, I'm actually currently working on a video essay on Scaramouche's music 😊 will post it when I'm done~!
Sumeru ost are my favorite among all video games.
Hi, that instrument is called the Santur, which is an Iranian traditional instrument
Hi Melomue, I''m a genshin music enthusiast and I wanted to recommend the Genshin Impact - Eternal Sun, Eternal Want Album, because the tracks in it are unique, my absolute favorite tracks from that Album are: Shaping the Struggle; Tumaini washa moto; All the Pretty Courses; Soothing of Soul and Sand.
But there are many more tracks to discover, so please see this only as a recommendation. :)
Thank you for your recommendations! I do love all their tracks and there's so much to talk about. 🥹 I'm hoping to release more about their music soon 😊
Please listen to port ormos music in genshin impact sumeru. My favorite. You will like it alot. ❤
Nice 😍
5:35 it really is an impact on my genshin, a genshin impact
Sumeru battle theme are awesome hope u react to it , or all genshin battle theme 😂

@@Melomue Nice! love these Melomue!

Can you react to all devouring naewhal boss theme?
On my list! I have so much on my list 😂😆 stay tuned 🎶
Great video. This is the second video I've seen featuring this friend of yours. I am sure he is a great composer and person, but man... is he not up for making this kind of video. 90% of the things he says about is "what he knows" and personal anecdotes; absolutely nothing to do with subject matter. Maybe get him to be more into talking about the subject matter. You would go "Oh I like this part of the music" and he would reply with "Oh double reed bla bla bla". Almost as if he wasn't listening to the music at all. Not hating on him. Just honest feedback. I don't click on a video about Genshin music to hear about his personal stories. They would be fine if there were related to the subject.
