      Nice job!! I got a 1982 244 gl sitting over a year engine turns but it won’t start. Any ideas of what it could be?

    Fantastisk at genoplive sådan en dejlig vogn. Har selv en 240 b230K fra 88, som jeg går og nusser lidt om :-)

    amazing. even if the Redblock looks that rusty inside, it works again. Have an similar project with a B230F '92 Wagon. A friend rescued it from the junkyard after 11 years not driven. Made an Oilchange and it runs since then. Now I own it and do the other repairstuff.

    Why was there barbeque sauce in one of the cylinders?

    • @zloychechen5150
      @zloychechen5150 3 роки тому

      Dunno, maybe the little sauce gremlins decided to have a bbq party in the cylinder into which they could get by means of an open valve?
      Possibly, an exhaust valve, since having the throttle closed wouldn't allow for such a pronounced effect?

    • @P.r.i.m.o
      @P.r.i.m.o 3 роки тому +1

      @@zloychechen5150 Those damn sauce gremlins! They've been trying to reach me to ask if they could have one of their sauce gremlin meetups in one of my cylinders but I've persistently been turning them away and told them to do it in my neighbor's car.

    • @jesperberggreen
      @jesperberggreen  2 роки тому

      The intake manifold is liquid cooled and a defect gasket caused coolant to be sucked into the cylinders. Engine stalled and was just left for 6 years!
