Excellent watch during English class
Glad I could help out Hunter. Next video hopefully out soon!
Man's so good I just copied the whole video, and now I don't need a white card to get onto any job site
Excellent work and a pleasure to watch your video. I can't think of any improvements to the project. Good luck.
Thank you very much Anthony. I really appreciate you saying that. I am enjoying the video editing just as much as the woodworking but has lots to learn for both!
Spectacular table!!
Thank you Digi! I am really happy with the final product.
Amazing work. I find your video’s entertaining. A great way to wind down after a long day. Keep up the amazing work and content
Reiv, my number one fan! Thanks for watching. Still learning a lot about making videos. Each video has been better than the last and I’m still trying to establish a format that works well for me. Lots of B-roll footage is important. Thank you.
@@riversidewoodworks no, I'm your number one fan!
@@emilywalker6196 no Miss winwam is his number one fan 🙄
Awesome video! What s great table...
Thanks Jesper. Really appreciate hearing that from you. I really can’t wait for you to see my DainerMade pallet challenge video!!!
Brought to your channel by the power of Matt 💪💪 awesome work!!
Hey thanks for watching. I appreciate your kind words.
"Woodworking is a lot of nitrile gloves" - this is very true - all those noxious glues, finishes, fillers we use.
Loved the build and your shop set up.
Thank you for watching mate. Yes it is getting there. Buying tools is another hobby in itself. I have enjoying playing around with the video making in the garage too.
I’m already jealous
Haha thanks for watching
Hey mate, love the build and the videos are amazing really high production quality. Are their any instructions for how I could complete this build myself?
Hey mate thank you for saying that. I really appreciate it. I don’t have plans for the table, mainly because I made up the design on the fly. I would suggest doing what I did and drawing out the design on 6mm MDF etc. thank you
Really enjoyed the video great table. The pace and editing of the video top notch. Steve
Thank you very much Steve for your kind words. Yeah I am getting better at the video side of things. I think the key is B-roll footage. For this build I had over 100 individual video files to sort through and find the best 10ish minutes. Thanks
Cracking build mate, and more views than subs in the first 5 hours is a great result too. The black legs are very on trend but my favourite step was crossing them, really makes the piece.
Mate thank you so much for watching. Yeah I am very happy with the response I have got from the video. I have been recording a lot more B roll which has helped.
Great project and video mate. The design was quirky but also refined, no complaints from my end, would allow it into my house!!
Hey thanks for watching mate. Good to know. I have been pushing myself to make more things that have tapers and curves to it so I am glad it worked out in the end.
Looks awesome!!! Great job and great edit!! Well done!!
Wow thank you so much Ainsley. I am a huge fan of yours and I really appreciate your kind words. Thank you.
Looks awesome mate. Great design. Love the grain on that wood when you added the finish and enjoyed the editing, those moving camera angles were great.
Thanks mate. I really appreciate you watching. Yeah I am enjoying the learning experience with making videos just as much as woodworking. Love trying new things and glad it turned out well in the end. Cheers.
Brilliant dude, great build, top video 👌🏼
Cheers for watching mate. Really had fun with this one.
Loved the build. Wouldn't have done a thing differently. Well actually I wouldn't have inked the legs but that would have been my loss, they look great.
Hey thanks for watching. Yeah I thought about it for a while. I could have tried one of the Rubio colours, that would have been a different way to go. I just love trying new things. Thanks mate
Love the design dude. Don’t stress about the black stain. Haters gonna hate. You do you looks awesome
Thanks for watching mate. Yeah happy with how the project turned out!
Great little coffee table mate, them legs look awesome. Oh, and I would be sending them pens to Dainer and Ben, because you can…..😂😂😂
Haha good idea. Thanks for watching mate!
Nice build! Looks like more of a pill shape than a squircle though, not to get too technical ;)
Thanks for watching. Yes there was some debate about the shape. There is a school of thought that would call this a “SQUOVAL”
Amazing work! Although I would have put grips on the bottom of the legs making it more sturdy and more durable 👍
Hi Rhys, thanks for watching. Off camera, I did put some felt feet on each of the legs. Is that what you meant? I appreciate your kind words.
love the videos, so inspriational. is there going to be a merch drop anytime?
Thanks for watching and your kind words. Merch is about 6 months away. I am building a website at the moment and it should have the ability to order shirts etc. thank you.
Squriqile love it. Looks awesome M8 may have to look at attempting top like this. Could do with a favour I've just recently acquired a dust extraction system by jet and looks like the one you have in the corner. My outlets on my table saw and plainer are 40mm but the hose that comes off the extractor is 100mm looks like u may have similar thing wondered how u got round it to be able connect it and do u use it for sanders etc if so how and what did u use to transfer it over?? Sorry new shop set up and it's bugging the arse off me!!👍🏴
I bought some dust extraction reduction adaptors from Carbatec. Feel free to message me on Instagram and I can send you some pics if you want. Cheers.
Nice work mate! And go team Inking! I'm already thinking of other projects where I can incorporate it.
BTW, What camera slider are you using?
Thank you for watching mate! Yeah happy about the ink. I got the Neewer camera slider of Amazon. It’s heavy though. I had to buy a very heavy duty tripod to support it. Thanks mate. Looking forward to you seeing my Dainer Made pallet challenge video. Gotta finish it first though!
Sir what’s your favorite thing that you’ve made?
I made a bassinet for my sister when she had her baby. I also made a flower cart for a lady to sell flowers out of. Many more builds on the Riverside Woodworks Instagram.
That’s an oval bud
No. just no.
Wait what? You claim that you made a squircle but you didn't show how, and you said that you "just rounded off the edges". But a squircle is not the same thing as a rounded corner, and there are no commercially-available templates for squircles as far as I can tell. Did you print your own template? Is this actually not a squircle shape?
Actually I think you can tell at 10:45 that it's a rounded corner, and not a squircle. Hard to tell for sure though.
