  • Professional chef Lucas Sin visits Oi Man Sang, another unmissable Hong Kong street food destination specializing in fresh seafood. Oi Man Sang is a dai pai dong (a casual open-air restaurant, literally “big license stall”) trading in high-octane cooking with lots of seasonings and big aromatics.
