I didn’t experience out of body but I had a lucid dream and soon as I realized I was dreaming, I said ooohhhh, I want to fly, up up and awaaaaaayyy and off I went
OMG this had me tripping, I was projecting minutes after putting my ear buds in. I lifted off the bed and was doing flips, flying. I have never experienced anything like this. Good Lord. It actually scared me for a minute.

I don’t know what that was but wow 😮 it started off as a scary dream but then turned into time travel? Or I traveled to a dream I’ve had before? I don’t know either way I saw my best friend and he’s deceased in real life. That was amazing. Only thing is it’s like I was partially blind? Very hard to see throughout the whole thing. I wonder what I could do to fix that? There was a man in some type of mask that kept appearing asking me if I recognized him and he would lay back in a weird stance and appeared to be meditating. Wow intense but I’ll definitely be doing this again!

I haven't really heard that term before, but it's interesting. Can you stay in a different reality if you can do that? I got stuck once in a lucid dream for 3 days. Each day was different reality. Something would be off each day until I knew I was still dreaming. The weird thing is that the dream couldn't haven't lasted over an hour or two. It would take me a week to write everything that took place.
I haven't shifted yet, but I remain optimistic in my ability to do so😅

52:44 I had a bad dream, fell asleep about 30 mins into this and woke up around 52 min mark. Lucid dreamt my teeth on my upper right part of my mouth were rotting away, my gums were decaying and as i was pulling the decaying part of my gums off my teeth in that area were being ripped out with the gum, even that part of my upper bone part of my face came out through my mouth as i consistently kept pulling it all out, even when I realized I was pulling my teeth out I still kept at it... I did not like it one bit... 52:44

So I’ve only been doing Gateway and Meditation for about 3 weeks and have considered my self pretty much a sceptic. Yesterday morning I played this for about an our and had an OBE up to the ceiling and back. This morning I had a second one, went out the roof flew around the country visiting people. It was wild! So pleasant. Now I know these are “guided by the mind” like I’m telling myself to rise to the ceiling and to this city and that. So is this just very vivid dreaming or astral projection? Thanks. I haven’t taken any of his courses, but I have had a successful OBE using information I got from just watching his free content. And part of that was how to deal with what he refers to as ‘distortions’ I.e. fear ‘beings’

I saw some creepy looking guys in the astral that gave me weird vibes. Deformities and such. But I just mustered up the courage and hugged them. Then we did a quick dance, a spin. It was quite strange tbh.

This is strong, but not for me. After I grounded myself I had an instant headache, and an intense uncomfortable feeling in my throat Chakra. Had to turn it off. Still have like a lump in my throat.

Thats horrible for you. I find when i listen to some they definitely put me in a horrible place emotional to. super scard and very uneasy i always wondered if others felt it to
yes this is not that rare! people have inner fears traumas and so much more that they are not ready to see in meditation! however some face it and overcome it! also I create emotional and interesting music with strong brainwaves so why pick such an intense design> there's so much basic relaxing music that will never has this effect! however 98 percent of people are just fine! otherwise I wouldn't create my music! fear and trauma hidden within needs to be healed! often people don't even know they have this inside until they dive deep! consider that people watch horror movies and many other fear inducing thought forms it certainly can show its face in meditation! still the music goes inside of us not out there so that's something people need to consider! there's a reason why many will listen to this and bliss out and some might have a scary vision or dream!
