This game is pure nostalgia and I even beat most of the levels except for the final level that soccer disco call looking boss is literally impossible to beat
As a kid. The final boss of face raiders was probably the most anxiety inducing game on the 3ds. You Ethier went in todally blind and count exactly time the crystal shits right. Or had really shakey hands
Also I beaten the final boss named “disco” and t happened in 1 year, I didn’t unlock extra stage cause it was a glitch, so I tried it again, and then I unlocked extra stage yesterday, then it took about like 2 days to beat it. Pretty cool right?
nostalgia + the final stage gave me tears when I fought it, it was a nightmare, yet it still gives me nightmares today those peak games I miss them bruh.
I know this game is ancient, but if anyone stills struggle with the final boss (the crystal part), Look at the direction he's going and go the opposite. I hope this helps people who are stuck still ^^

Imo the third boss is the hardest in extra stage because you must precisely aim while blocking the balls he spam at you
